Close to the Metro y bus stop. Service was excellent. Room was clean.

Great location, close to the metro, and many cafes/restaurants around. Staff very friendly, and helpful. The room is small but comfortable, and it has its private bathroom with hot water. Nice view from our room window. The only issue (because I suffer from anxiety) was the very small elevator. Other than that, my niece and I enjoyed our stay at the Hotel de France. Merci!

Terrific neighborhood at a good price. I loved staying here! I’d avoid room 17 (which had some issues), but the room across from mine looked lovely. *Ask for a room facing front! I would definitely come back.

Location is excellent, close to metro (5 minutes walk from where you can take M7 which connects to the rest of Paris) and multiple different restaurants around - Indian, Chinese, Lebanese and coffee places. The area in general is clean, safe ans quiet. Staff - hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. They very helpful in planning our journeys and kept our luggage for free while we walked around after check out. The room is decent. Balcony has a pleasant view. Beds and pillow are comfortable . We will definitely comes again.

The rooms are very small, the elevator only fits two people with very little luggage, the bathrooms are too small. This hotel need an urgent makeover

The location was closed to everything from restaurants to shops and metro. Also it was clean and staff was friendly

The gentleman who was at the front desk was very friendly and polite.

Terrible Wi-Fi, unsecured, room too small, about 2 feet or less from end of bed to wall, bathroom too small, difficult access to shower, TV on the wall close to ceiling, very noisy from cleaners, lady from breakfast room bad mood ... will never go back to this hotel

Location

The room they reserve for Expedia is not a hotel room. There are bars for the windows because you are on the street, it is directly behind the check in desk and next to the elevator. You would have a better stay at a hostel. Do not stay here at all.

Our room was truly tiny, but comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, always recognizing us as we went out and back to explore. Getting a G7 taxi to the RER to go to the airport with all our baggage was tricky because of our poor French skills, but the lady at the desk took the phone for us and helped immensely. Very nice people.

What a great place. The rooms are tiny but comfortable and quiet. They have a room in which your luggage can be kept if you arrive early. We dropped off our luggage here before we returned our rental car, then brought the Metro from the car rental to the hotel. There are plenty of great places to eat. Also a wine/whisky tasting shop nearby. We also took advantage of the Office Depot to box up souvenirs to mail home.

The staff was friendly. The location is good, with lots of cafes and the metro station within walking distance. Also within walking distance to the Panthéon, Jardin du Luxembourg, and the Catacombs. Everything appeared very clean and the housekeepers were thorough. The size of the room is decent for Paris. I was very pleased with the quality and variety of breakfast. My ONLY complaint is the shower. It is so small that there isn’t even room to turn around without accidentally hitting the knob (and I am a fairly small person), and the water goes all over the floor. I didn’t feel like I could take a really thorough shower because I was rushing so as to make less of a mess. But overall, it was a good hotel for a good price.

Very close to the subway, lots of restaurants near by. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they had room service every day. Just the room was very small but I think most of Paris is like that .
