I ask be be move becauce room next to us was having a party. They said they would take care of it. Midnight is when the noise finely stopped after I blow up on the front desk.

Hotel is filthy and managment is horrible.

Great stay

Pretty good

Wanted an affordable stay for a trip to the Air Force museum and did not disappoint. Clean facility, nice area, easy to get to shopping and food. Room had everything I needed and was a comfortable sleep. Will definitely stay here again.

This location was convenient to the University of Dayton Arena and worked well for us. Gym equipment was in good condition and breakfast was great!

Bed covers were not clean, primary sheets were clean but the bed spread and comforter were dirty. For the price I expected more, and the photos online did not really match the room. I paid extra for a bigger room and king size bed, but it was just a bigger bed with dirty and stained bed covers in the same size room. The shower was also dirty, the soap dishes built into the shower were covered with grime and soap scum.

My stay at Windham was excellent. It was peaceful and the building was clean. The staff were friendly.

A good hotel

Didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Enjoyed having a couch in the room for seating option. Breakfast was nothing stellar but it was pretty good and they stayed on top of keeping things stocked. Plus I just love having hot options. Really convenient to the interstate and plenty of options near by. Super close to USAF Museum which was incredible to visit! Its free so if you stay here, go see it! Absolutely would stay here again.

I liked the quietness the best.

The rooms were dirty. No towels, no hangers, no cups, no coffee maker, no new soap or shampoo (bathroom had a partially usedbar of soap); broken toilet seat, broken blow-dryer, broken heater/air conditioner; only two lamps of four worked in the bed area; no fan in the bathroom to clear the bathroom. We were on ground level and about 10 pm there were footsteps of a lot of people running back and forth, up and down stairs all along the 2nd floor. Then there was thumping, banging, scraping noises like furniture being dragged around; more banging, crashing, running footsteps. This went on until 6 am. Ths went on the 2nd and 3rd nights we stayed there. We told the office (being run by a girl who might, just might have been 18) and they claimed they made the tenants leave but it started up again the very next night.

Rooms nasty, hotel nasty and OVER priced.

The staff at the front desk was extremely rude, very rude, and racist towards Asians. It was extremely unpleasant and I would never go back there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Very nice; exceeded my expectations. most definitely a good value. Nothing bad at all to say except the bathroom door was VERY squeaky! other than that small thing all good

Booked on a whim and enjoyed our stay very much. Clean! And comfortable.

Our room stayed cool all night and there was no blanket. We hot in laye and just wanted to crash. The shower had to be turned up all the way on hot fir it to be warm and half of the water came out the faucet while some came out the shower head. Breakfast was ok, but not well stocked and all the tables were dirty/not wiped off.
