A bit inconvenient because the alley cannot be entered by car, and it is a bit inconvenient to carry luggage.

The room is as expected and pictured. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Travel access is also close to everywhere. It's just that if you come on the weekend, many roads are closed to vehicles because there is a night market, but it doesn't matter if you walk it won't be far. Responsive staff, Autumn really helped me in giving travel and transportation suggestions.

Exhause fan in the toilet can't work and it take meybe almost 3 days to fixed it. No technician standby in this hotel. Toilet so smelly spreading to outside whole time for 5d4n we stay on famroom 🙏🏿 but positively this hotel is near to everywhere. Strategic loc, kindly frontliner and kitchen staff. Breakie menu is delicious.

The hotel is right in the center of the crowd, but you can only get to the hotel by motorbike or on foot, about 40 meters from the highway, but all the staff are friendly & nice, I enjoyed staying at this hotel, the breakfast is not very varied, and is not changed every day.

When booking, the hotel says free Issuing Vat Invoice For Guests. When checking in at the front desk, it says you have to pay an additional 8% VAT to issue an invoice.

A quaint little boutique hotel in the heart of Old Quarter, staff spoke English and handled our needs attentively.

Khách sạn nằm trong 1 con hẻm nhỏ tọa lạc ngay quận Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội. Địa điểm rất lý tưởng để đi đến các điểm tham quan trong thành phố. Gần khách sạn có rất nhiều các hàng quán ăn. Nhân viên khách sạn cũng rất nhiệt tình và giúp đỡ khách khi cần,

First, when we entered the hotel, the toilet paper from the previous guest was still in the trash. I have also traveled or resorted a lot, but I have never met a hotel that charges a motorbike parking fee (40k) overnight like this. The fee I find is unreasonable but not a big deal. But the air conditioner was loud all night, I texted the hotel to see how to solve it, but did not reply to my zalo message. Going down to the 1st floor there is no one on duty. We also did not receive any apology, sympathy or explanation from the hotel. A bit disappointed by this experience ☺️
