The building is in need of a remodel. But it was still a great stay and awesome service. Our room was pretty run down whichnis understandable since it was meant for a bigger family. Lots of wear and tear on furniture, water stains on counter, wallpaper pealing in bathroom, curtain coming undone in bathroom, and really bad stain on hide- a-bed mattress. They should really re-furnish that room.

Pool dirty and had glass and broke tiles in the pool area pool needs a up date

They weren't keeping up with breakfast and with 2 hours to go they weren't refilling certificates items. The omelet station was very good though.

Breakfast was.very good, variety wise. Sleeping was very uncomfortable, slept on the pullout couch bed. Mattress was.totally.worn out and super.dirty underneath sheet. Obviously very very old.

Room was clean and spacious. Nice work out space. Great free breakfast and nice amenities. Friendly and helpful staf.

Check in was easy, we had a great room with a kitchenette. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast option was good. Check it was also quick.

Nice looking property with much potential. Attention to detail was lacking.

TV service was completely non-functioning for almost 3 of my 4 day visit. Staff repeatedly told us the issue was being worked out and that service would be available within 2 hours. It never was. Temperature controls was difficult to get a comfortable temp. Evening snacks were poor.It was the worst stay at an Embassy Suites in over 3 decades.

The property was beautiful. Didn't spend enough time there to properly review it but our room was great!!! Thanks for asking!

All parking out back with the back door locked is very inconvenient. You have to pick up the phone and call the front desk to be let in or temporarily park out front and move your car around back after check-in. Couch and love seat cushions were pulled off and sofa-bed halfway pulled out when I wntered my room. Still no whole milk or cream with coffee service or breakfast. Most Hilton properties I've stayed at offer half-and-half. Embassy Suites is a cut above, so why not here?

Arrived at the hotel to find out there was a $300 incidental that is absolutely nowhere to be found. Prices were hiked up because of the hockey tournament as well.

Would have given an excellent total rating except the breakfast hours for Monday, Memorial Day was not weekend hours til 1030 but ended at 9 as a regular weekday so we missed it…seems like it should be same as a weekend. Also pool was closed due to a unfortunate event (no fault there) but couldn’t be used. Good location near our daughters house and nice to have the managers reception in the early evening.

The hotel was very clean. The front desk personnel were all very polite and helpful. I booked the 1 bedroom suite and it was a nice size, and clean. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

We checked in for a romantic getaway and a kid had threw up in the hot tub so we weren’t able to use the pool or tub.

It was a great place. Only thing negative was that the pool was out of service due to maintenance.
