Property was very clean, friendly staff, but the taste of the breakfast was not great.

We felt very safe here & loved the location. It was close to everything we had planned for the weekend. Great location & friendly staff. Rooms are very clean & comfortable We will DEFINATELY stay here again!!

Hi I didn’t get the right room til the next day and they tried to make me pay for it until I talked to the manager she was amazing

Nice breakfast clean room

We visited SpringHill for my daughter’s 7th birthday. The hotel has really lost its touch. The sink was clogged, there was beetles climbing up the drain, there were stains on the sitting area, and the microwave kept running hot and shutting off. In addition, we must have chosen a time when a baseball team was present bc kids were running all around the hotel, playing hide and seek outside of the hotel, flying drones in people’s personal space, and signs were clearly posted about no outside alcohol in the lobby, and they were clearly ignored as large coolers were present. It definitely did NOT offer the family vibe that it should have and was a total sham. We made the best out of what we could. Oh, and yeah..the pool was dirty and cloudy, no clean towels, and kids unsupervised. Smh!

Great location, nice little bar, front desk attendant is extremely non attentive and not friendly and may disappear and leave the check in line waiting without caring. Other than that, great property & location.
