Everyone was very nice and accommodating

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly. The room was a nice size and very clean. Close by so much stuff but very safe. If I’m ever back in the area I will use them again.

It was clean, and we got a restful sleep. There were a few eating places around and we appreciated the friendly service.

Late check in requested when booked 3 MONTHS ago. Hotel called after 8pm - we were almost there! to tell us they only have 1 room- they wanted to SPLIT UP a 2 room reservation-sending one of us to a lower level hotel. Told me bc I was not a statused member, and bc we were staying only 1 night they were moving me to a different hotel. “it will be cheaper” according to the manager-does that tell you it’s a crappie hotel she sent us to??? HORRIBLE-don’t stay here. Too bad no one will listen bc it’s near the hall of fame. Just remember I warned you when they cancel your reservation at the 11th hour.

Great location..tons of restaurants and shopping..extremely clean room and an amazing housekeeping and front desk staff.

It was only 1 night but we were greeted warmly. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Great coffee!!!

Very comfortable room and bed, Pool was very clean and wonderful to use as was the hot tub. Service was very good and breakfast was on point.

Front Desk service excellent, room was huge, clean, very comfortable. Only issues was indoor pool area was extremely hot and uncomfortable and breakfast buffet was ok but never restocked, cleaned and closed 5 minutes early each day. Overall though, a very nice hotel.

The staff was great and always friendly. The hot tub was nice but the pool area needs some cleaning. I saw the same hair tie I picked out of the pool on the 1st day of my stay still on the ground after my 3rd days stay. I then noticed a bandage that sat by the hot tub for 2 days. Pretty gross but otherwise a fine stay. Like most places these days. They could use more staffing to stay on top of everything. Thanks...

The only issue was all the cats around the outside. Staff were feeding them

From early check-in assisted by Manager Olivia to check-out we loved this hotel. Pricing was great! Secluded but conveniently located near the Pro Football HOF and great dining options. Hotel was super clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was great! The hotel pool was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Highly recommend.

I almost slipped in the bathroom when takin B a shower, definitely not safe at all, heard a lot of running around while k was trying to sleep

I had such a great time that i extended my stay by 1 more day. Place is great comfortable and very affordable for what it is.
