It was a quick stay, nothing special a little bit smelling of cigarette smoke, and not a fan of that.

Perfect overnight stop for Margaritaville at Sea cruise the next morning. My family and I got in at 10 p.m., I got checked in within two minutes. The first thing my mom said when getting into our room was “we need to stay at SpringHill Suites more often.” Room was spacious and we had an entire separate area for our luggage. Comfy beds and shower/sink area was great. Breakfast was AMAZING. Plenty of delicious options and well-managed. Don’t know when I’ll be back in West Palm again, but SpringHill Suites will be my go-to.

This was nice after a long day of traveling.

Our room was dirty. Sticky bedside tables. Shower was dirty and there was no shampo, conditioner or soap.

The best bed I had even slept within all the hotels that I had been. Nice staffs and decent breakfast. The room size is great. I would love to return.

It was pretty bare bones. No frills. But clean and the area appeared safe. Good parking lot lighting. Not a lot of dinner options in the immediate area.

Never could figure out the lights and why they were all connected - lamps did not function unless other switches were on - just weird - shower curtain was too short and flooded the restroom every time we showered

We enjoyed our stay. We were out and about during the day so I can’t speak to the hotel amenities like the gym or pool. But we appreciated the cleanliness of the entire facility, the rooms and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The continental breakfast had lots of options and the waffle machine was a huge hit with my kiddo.

We expected a Suite since the name was Springhill Suites by Marriott what we got could technically be called a suite maybe but was so small it was difficult to move around in. The end of the bed(s) were 18 inches from the wall! Never have I stayed in a hotel where the “kitchen” facility was a small cubby area. The small TV was attached to a low chest facing a wall. The TV could be partially turned but couldn’t be viewed straight on because the wall was directly across. We prepaid for three nights (non refundable) so asked about another room option but were told all rooms were the same except handicapped rooms. We spent one night and checked out because of the claustrophobic feeling, it was so difficult to move about in the space. I have no idea how a family unit could manage. We certainly believe that we should get a refund for the two nights that we didn’t stay!!

The staff were amazing and so incredibly helpful!! Rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Only two downsides, the pool was very dirty and the shower didn’t drain well at all. Those two things didn’t change how I felt about the hotel as a whole and would stay here again

The property is conveniently located right off I-95 and adjacent to gas/convenience store. This hotel has a good breakfast buffet and nice lobby area. The accommodations are clean. There is an outdoor pool, but its upkeep is just ok, with leaves falling in pool. The location is 10 min from downtown West Palm Beach and 20-25 min to Delray area.
