Overall good for a hotel in Italy. Best European room I’ve ever stayed in. The pool is great. The beach is nice. The food is mediocre, I was disappointed that you can’t even get a glass of tap water without paying. It is difficult to get into the restaurant for dinner unless you are doing all inclusive. The restaurant down the street is nice, and taking the 1 euro bus ride to Pula is an even better dinner option. The staff all seemed friendly, especially the cleaning ladies. It was very quiet and the pool entertainers worked hard.

Very rude hotel and definitely dont deserve 4 stars rating, they even charge 3 euros for beach towels what kind of hotel does that. Even hostels provide better services and amenities.

Very clean and stylish hotel. Star taken off for the fact that we had 2 twin beds pushed together rather than a double and it was supposed to be a superior room. Having said that our stay was lovely. Also sometimes, particularly during breakfast, it felt quite unorganised. No plates, incorrect cutlery etc, no snp. Saying all that we would definitely return. The majority of staff were fantastic and very helpful. The setting is beautiful and having access to a private beach is the icing on the cake.

It’s a very nice hotel where, with a bit more attention to the customer, the score could be higher. The position is excellent and very practical (esp. with kids) with the swimming pool and the private beach just in front. The pool is very good. The beach is nice but the stones when you enter the sea are a bit disturbing, though no major issue. The room nice and kept very clean; they nicely accommodated us with different pillows and a topper as the mattress was too hard. The bathroom is big, but misses some shelves for beauty cases and shampoos. The animation, with Cristina and her team, is pretty good.Night music was also excellent. The restaurants: the one where you have dinner when selecting half board (i Coralli) is ok (next time I’ll probably have breakfast only and try some restaurants nearby for more local specialties). The others, for lunch, nothing special (and pretty unclear when you want to eat at the Wild Duck, as you have to book it in the morning - not specified upon arrival) But what I lacked mostly is a consistent customer oriented culture across the different departments; some individuals are very good (at the bar, 1-2 at the reception, the cleaning ladies) and others, like for instance at breakfast or lunch, seem to avoid contact with you when you need a table or something (and please, smile more). I understand some are untrained and hired for the season, but courtesy is an investment at no cost and generates most of the times a much better feedback.

The hotel food was not to the standard one would expect from a 4 star rating. There is no buffet choice for dinner or lunch. Breakfast buffet is limited to continental and no option for a omelette, poached or fried egg? The hotel website fails to mention details of the dinner which is set course and the quality & quantity limited. The staff do thier best to provide a good service but let down but the food served. The property has a prime private location on the beach but requres you to pay 15 euros per person to use their own deck chairs which is totally unacceptable it should come without any charge. Location is remote without acesss to shops apart from a small shop across tge hotel that is part of a camping site. Recommend hiring a car. The concierge person is very helpful and gave good recommendations of places to enjoy a good meal outside the hotel , but not a taxi can cost between 20 or 80 euros depending on distance. Being our first trip to Sardinia not sure if the food standard is something to expect on the island at typical rated hotels. if so recommend book just bed & breakfast and hire a car to experience foood in nearby Pula or drive into Cagliari were more choice ..recommend the Pith steakhouse if meat lover.

I was here for 4 nights on a vacation with my wife coiming from the main land of Italy. The hotel location is great as it is about 40 min to the city of Cagiliari and about 10 - 15 minutes to one of the best beaches on the island. The big down fall is the condition of the hotel. The hotel needs a total renovation from the lobby, pool area, restaurants and to the rooms. It is very dated. If it gets a renovation and they continue with the service as is it will be a great resort.

Me and my daughter enjoyed 2 weeks stay in Flamingo resort hotel. Overall everything was fine, food was very nice the only thing I didn’t like that restaurant staff was always in a rush and food was late on the table anyways. Flamingo resort hotel is very suitable for families with children as animation team was amazing. Yana, Sara, Mara, Nicola and Fabrizio were fantastically good and kind to the guests and special thanks to Yana and Mara for entertaining children with a lots of different interesting activities. We have been in several beach holidays with my daughter, but this was the best animation guys. My daughter did not want to come back Home as she really loved the animation team. Beach was nice with gold sands, but sometimes the sea was full of seaweed when it was windy. Location was nice and quiet, bus stop to Cagliari just 600 meters away. Very few people ( staff) from restaurant and reception speaks English. Manolo was a best receptionist. He would always give you correct and accurate information and he was very helpful and kind as well. Hotel condition was very good. Rooms were very clean. I would definitely go back next year to the same hotel if mini club team will be the same.

My wife and I visited this hotel as part of our honeymoon and were thoroughly disappointed. The pool in the spa was feeezing cold, apparently a decision from the hotel management. We were on the bed and breakfast rate which wss a mistake as there is no guarantee of table in either of the two restaurants when on this rate and it almost seemed a huge chore for staff to try and get you a table. We did find an amazing restaurant just 5 minutes walk from the hotel however none of the hotel staff even told us it existed. As we were there for our honeymoon we enquired with the hotel proor to our arrival whether they had any honeymoon packages etc but the staff didnt seem to care. We enquired again on arrival but still got no info from the staff The gym is quite basic and very outdated as well as the fact you have to pay €5 per day The hotel is right on the beach which is great, other than having to pay €30 per day to hire sun loungers... Mini golf is totally unusable as its covered in water, dirt and leaves Daily hassling by hotel staff to play table football or ping pong is far frok relaxing We stayed in a suite on a building seperate from the main hotel which was advertised as having a jacuzzi bath, however its just a bath with a couple of jacuzzi jets on an open balcony with no privacy The staff are completely uninterested in helping with anything, they have a very "i dont care" attitude All in all a very poor experience!

Terrible service, extremly unfriendly staff completly unwilling to help. Old / dated facilities. Air conditioning did not worked throughout our stay... we had to be moved 3 times one night since heat was unbearable. Ended up getting a properly climatized room until 1 am in the morning. The next day to ask for a late check out, receotion said yes but at the end they ended up suprisi g us with a 50€ charge to pay for the "lateness". OMG almost ruined our stay in Chia... thankfully the beaches are unreal. DO NOT STAY IN THIS TERRIBlLE PLACE... honestly we couldn't wait to get out of there ourselves 😡.

The hotel itself was lovely .. the waiting staff very attentive, by day a real treat. The issues here arose in the evening. 2 specific examples, 1. A rat - yes an ACTUAL rat joined us for dinner. The rat was bad but the attitude of the management when we told them at check out was worse. Couldn't be less interested and whilst I imagine they cannot control every rat that appears they could at least give the impression of being concerned at the hygiene issues it poses in their restaurant. 2. The Entertainment - frankly I would have preferred the rat back than the children's dancing that started at 10pm - top billing both Friday and Saturday night. They can do better than that in a 4* hotel - in fact we went next door to the camp site out of sheer desperation to escape thetweenies and they had a great show on annoyingly. To be clear - I am not being anti kid at all just anti after 10pm kids show as were the other adults watching the 3 kids taking part. Again most dissapointing was the management response when raised the next day as a critique for them .. I think maybe the rat would have been more interested - he certainly hung round longer than the management were willing to to discuss the perils of this enter-lame-ment!
