Amazing breakfast.... Clean and convenient

We've checked out the same day we checked in. First We've moved to another room but it wasn't much better than the first one The mattresses are maybe from the 80's so many hobbles and sunken in. The wall heaters sounds like a helicopter taking off The floor drains are so full of hair looks like a wig in the hole The plumbing systems are very noisy when flushed Both rooms very icy cold when we entered I had to pushed the window from the outside so that my husband could try and close it from the inside because the window latch is broken The electric blanket wasn't working the lights came on but it didn't heat the bed The extra blanket in the wardrobe when I tried to put it over the bed , there was white spots on the blanket and it was sticking the blanket together in places So we couldn't see ourselves sleeping or staying at the property Phoned around to find another place and checked out.

Breakfast was good

The place is great for a cheap weekend away, but it definitely needs an upgrade, it has an old heater, no fan in the bathroom. It wasn’t clean, there were dead bugs hidden under a spare roll of toilet paper. The furniture was old and ripped.

No food. No alcohol. No cooked breakfast.,No shampoo,Soap dispenser in shower didn't work.. Disgraceful

Nice relaxing place to stay in Taupo, friendly staff. Only criticism by "older couple" a carpark close to unit would have been helpful but realise it was a busy weekend and popular place. Thank you 😊

Great parking. Was able to park my trailer with bikes on right outside my room for security & peace of mind. Definitely be using this place for our next event in Taupo.

I liked the location

Great, clean, wish I could have stayed longer. Just a 1 night stop over. Its a bit far from the main town area but that didn’t bother me as had a car.
