Very dated. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast. Would not stay again

The AC in our room did not work for 3 days. The hotel did nothing to correct it. The "hot" breakfast of scrambled eggs and bacon was cold 3 days in a row.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. With only a partial glass curtain for the shower it was difficult to keep water from spraying from the shower onto the floor. The indoor parking was too narrow to navigate so we opted to park outside at the back of the property.

Our room was excellent. The people who work here are amazing, always very helpful and pleasant. The front desk and bar tender were exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel. Had a massage and the lady was great and you can’t beat the price. There is a small grocery store around the corner to get snacks.

The hotel is not in the city, but only a 10 minute walk to the metro at the end of the yellow line. Easy access to everywhere. Other people have complained that the pool is small - it’s not Olympic sized but is plenty deep enough with various water features to make it great. The steam room and sauna are clean and efficient. The room on the 7th floor was big enough for my wife and me, with a large balcony and far reaching views, although the barrier was fairly low. Excellent breakfast (the toaster is in the corner and really slow, but that really is nit picking. The staff are the biggest asset to the hotel. Service with and smile, and help going far beyond the basics. Would I stay again? Yes please!

The hotel was good overall. Parking entrance is very bad. Bruschetta without toasted bread. Breakfast without expresso, only machine coffee.

I was there for almost three weeks and the breakfast was very much the same every day! They should give at least couple choices a week!

The staff are exceptionally helpful and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you to the team!

The hotel is ideal for a business traveller, with friendly staff and good degree of cleanliness. The rooms are a little dated, but irrelevant when seeking only a good night sleep. Depending on the purpose of the stay, the surrounding might be relevant.
