The cleaning service is not always available. This is not good. The staff cannot help. If you miss cleaning, you have to stay dirty and wait for the maid to come in the next day. If you improve the service to have a maid all the time, it will be good.

Only 10 mins from airport. Shuttle bus available. Kettle but no to tea/coffee in room. Comfortable.

Hotel is nearby airport. I come many time.

Main aim was to sleep overnight nearby before early morning flight without too fancy extras. It worked out. Same as I staid at one of your bookings in Australia.

Good food, room a bit dirty The bathroom is wavy. There are no dining chairs in the room. There is no elevator to stay in the upper room, having to walk up, taking pity on the child, carrying the bag, having to prepare money for the child's trip. I sympathize with the staff.
