I believe there should have been someone to take our luggage up the stairs and elevator to our room. Most 4-Star hotels offer that basic service.

Staff was great, location fabulous, but we definitely got an older room and the carpeting was really awful. I am sure they will replace it soon. Other rooms had wood floors.

Good location, kind staff but room was very dated. I think they are renovating and maybe we just ended up in an old room with shag carpet. The cost was high for the room quality.
