Staff is grest

Everything was nice, except they need to add hair conditioner in the showers. My wife's hair was a mess. 😆

Bath room is very slippery/ could be molded as well. Have to ask front desk for cup of ice each time. Phone in room has no instruction on how to use it.

Excellent location, waking distance to all the sites we wanted to visit.

Lovely hotel

The property did not have any amenities just a basic room with beds, tea / coffee marker was also not provided.

Great view from room and spacious rooms. Staff and owner are also very helpful. Wifi though is not very useful.

I booked for Hotel Beau Site but we got move to Hotel Mediterrane . smooth and easy via email conversation. Highly recommended

Hotels in Lourdes are expensive and the price does not justify the quality you get. Saying this Beau Site is an ok hotel. The manager there was very kind and helpful. Everything else was pretty much basic. Good location, walking distance from the sanctuary.

we were transferred to another hotel in front of Hotel Beau Site. Hotel Mediterranee. Good hotel. I did not like the bathroom with a separate toilet room in the bedroom

This little hotel offers a very pleasant stay in a very scenic part of France.

Room is clean but seems to be old. One of their staffs is super friendly at check in but the other one at check out refuse to accept card payment for city tax.

The experience was really confortable

Decent value for money. Good location and safe area. A lot of road construction in the area but not a major issue. The bed was very basic and the pillows were bad too. Otherwise the room and bathroom were clean and decent.

Excellent manager and reception and catering staff who take a personal interest in ensuring your visit is as comfortable and welcoming as possible. The reception staff and especially, the manager, were very helpful in providing as much information as possible. Unfortunately, the cleaners did not do a very good job of cleaning especially, the carpet, during the 4-days/5nights stay.
