Room clean and tidy, staff friendly.

Only stayed one night but it was very good value for money and would certainly return. Helpful staff and nice room

Great evenings stay, the only issue we had was the heat, we were unable to open the old sash windows ti allow fresh air in, it was a shame really as the stay was exceptional good value.

Great position and the hotel was nice and the staff were really friendly. But the room smelt of dog . I think guest need to be informed if they checked into a room that has had dogs in it

The stay was good, staff friendly. Room was good but poor ventilation, small window with opening at top. Due to exceptionally warm weather room could have benefited with a fan to keep cool. Breakfast was good (full english), used the restaurant 1st evening , not a big choice and felt it was a bit over priced.

Lovely hotel, in the centre of town. Not easy to find the car park.

Checkin was qick and simple, very friendly staff. Room was great, tidy, comfortable and cosy. Little additions in room were more than expected. The bar, restaraunt were friendly and great looking. The food was exeptional and fair price. Breakfast was amazing, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Located in the town centre of stafford. Lovely building with comfortable rooms.

The location and general atmosphere of the hotel impressed managing to combine the historic feel of a coaching hotel without feeling dated. The condition and facilities all felt modern and well thought out making it a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We shall return to the Swan next trip.

The decor in my room was lovely, the kettle worked, the iron and the shower hose both leaked when used. There wasn’t any water available in the room, so if you take medication take a bottle you or grab a glass of water available from reception. Breakfast was very nice, with vegetarian and vegan options available too, car park was large and convenient.

Absolutely amazing as usual

Convenient location, with good parking facilities. Although in the town centre, it was a quiet and peaceful stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly, nice to be offered help with luggage on departure. The room was clean and spacious, but could be improved with two small armchairs for relaxing.

Everything was absolutely fine.

Room I chose and paid for was given to another guest before we arrived. This ruined our weekend as it was a special occasion. Staff were not bothered and said I should have sent an email.

The hotel was excellent for us to stay while visiting family nearby and the hotel restaurant was much better than expected and served excellent meals

We loved this place! The town was quaint and fun. The staff and hotel were perfect.

Hotel is conveniently situated on the high street. Such a lovely setting downstairs with plenty of different seating areas. Outside seating with TV Screens and various cosy areas inside. Staff were friendly and room was spacious and comfy. Really nice stay and would definitely stay here again
