Excellent hotel and courteous staff

Great staff and location

We loved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend them.

The place was very small and not accommodating for larger people. Short doorways and narrow stairs. I found the room had a strange smell, but was overall clean. Coffee at breakfast was wonderful. The ac didn’t work very well, but it was extremely hot outside. The location was perfect and next door to this cool bookshop and tiramisu place! Piazza Navona is beautiful. It sufficed for myself and my son, but definitely would’ve been too small for 2 adults. We got a room with two twin beds.

I got to the hotel early and they did my check in early, That way I could rest, I’m so grateful

We loved our stay at Hotel Navona. The building is tucked away in a quiet alley and the entrance is beautiful. Staff were helpful and accomodating. The room was clean, cute and nicely renovated. The elevator and A/c were an addded bonus! Hotel was close the the Piazza Navona and the Trevi fountain. Great location

Super friendly staff. Clean rooms, cold a/c, centrally located to everything. 5 min walk to Pantheon, and another 10min on to Trevi. Easy walk to Vatican and Spanish Steps. Water pressure great in shower. No complaints at all. Will stay here again.

Lovely hotel in an incredible location for exploring Rome. Walkable to most major attractions. Rooms are clean and well appointed, with a little bit of character incorporated into the design, which makes them charming. The room was clean and comfortable, with great AC - perfect for a very hot weekend in Rome. Front desk staff were always kind and willing to help with any question or request. We would absolutely stay again.

They gave us a super small room first. Then we complained and they reluctantly gave us room that was bigger room. The actual property and rooms don’t look anything like the pictures on Expedia. We were sort of shocked when we stepped into the hotel first.

The front desk staff was very friendly and spoke great English. They were very helpful and even allow us to keep our bags there after we checked out for a while. The bed was mediocre, not bad. Breakfast was the typical European hotel buffet, the fresh warm croissants were a highlight. The location of the hotel was very convenient to get to the Vatican, the pantheon, and the Trevi fountain. Overall, it was a pretty good place for pretty fair price
