Staff were so lovely had a great stay

Took 2 days and 4 attempts to replace the broken fridge. The service from the bar/pool staff was poor. Brought the wrong food/drinks and also were very slow, an hour for a pizza and was brought out in correctly. Bathrooms were clean but dated. Will say though pool area clean, quiet and relaxing though.

Reception staff where not helpful at all over charged for my tax although I questioned it.ig does not say that the dos facilities are chargeable only mention Hamam as chargeable and the jacuzzi was not working,

Bad water pressure - room decent, decent hotelfacilities, staff hit and miss - daily harassment from the local peeps across the hotel is the reason I would not return to this hotel.

Nice and friendly staff at hotel. Rooms are spacious and tasteful decorated. Bed a bit uncomfortable. Hotel did their best with Christmas and New year's party but we thought that the New year's party was a bit poor and lack of entertainment. We had it included in our price, but if not would have to pay 45 Euros per person. I personally would have been disappointed. Spa reasonable priced and good.

Lovely staff, pool area and great food. The chef is always present and there to answer any questions. Stayed here before going to a larger hotel and instantly regretted the fact that I had booked another hotel for the second part of my stay. Shop next door is a great amenity, clean pool with excellent services. Great job, highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel, room and pool area are spotless. The breakfast is the same every day, but there are loads of choices so you can have something different every day. It's self service so you can get as little or much as you want. We had a pool view and it was amazing. You can sit and watch the cable cars and can also see the sea and the marina and the mountain. The Wii fi signal was good in reception but pretty poor or non existant in the room or pool area. If I had to pick a fault with anything it would be the shower it wouldnt keep a consistent temperature one minute OK then either red hot or cold. But we would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. So much to do, great menus for snacks and also dinner. Breakfast had lots of choice and the staff were always friendly and happy to help. The cleaner that cleaned our room daily was also very good. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Would highly recommend

There was very small shower room, very little space even i am skinny my both hands was touching to the side screen of the shower. The toilet was separete, no washing facilities in toilet. No slippers provided in the hotel, no prayer mats, no water in the room, no kettle in the room. How on earth this hotel is 4 star hotel. We have booked 2 adults(Couple) the single beds were given and beds were not steady it was keep moving during night sleep. No assistance was given. Changed the hotel after 2 days my stay was 5 days. I am a bit concern for my oncoming stay. We have nearly 10 rooms booked in the hotel for my son upcoming wedding in July.

Everything was excellent. Customers services was kindly and friendly. You can be feel like in your home with a big different that’s not is your home!

Perfect stay, would highly recommend. Less than 3 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast was good and also heated pool for late evening dips.

Stayed 1 night. Very nice stay. Clean room. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded. Hotel provided a private and shaded outdoor parking space. Very close to the beach and many city attractions.

Staff 5*, Cleanliness 5*, facilities 3.5*, great price. If you want a reasonable spec hotel with friendly staff that is kept spotlessly clean at a bargain price then this is for you. It is a little aged but that adds to the character for us.

a very good location ,though it's central and facing the beach promenade .no noise from the strret to disturb your sleep .the room was spotless clean,comfortable bed .the food served always looked fresh .the pool area and the garden surrounding were great .the hotel bar has plenty of room and attracting a rather nice crowd .the staff were very professional and willing to help at all times

Good standard hotel for the price close to most things. Pool was good and plenty of space It’s basic but comfortable

Great central location, hotel slightly dated but bedrooms spotless and good size. Modern tele with great english movies. Many restaurants and cheap eats within mins walk. Beach and promenade 3 min. Staff service excellent, good pool size inc toddler pool. For £40/night great value. Would return. 45 min taxi from Airport apx £20 (200 - 250 Dirhm. Dec 18 rate was £1= 11.5 Dirhm)

Painful experience, even for one night. Washed-out towels that look like floorcloths. Threadbare bedsheets with a filthy bedcover on top. Filthy curtains. Mattress hard as a rock. Walls and floors thin as cardboard - you hear noises from all sides throughout the night. Tap water smells very odd (certainly not of chlorine). Would not stay in this hotel again. The garden was very pretty and well maintained though.

internal room overlooking the gym was a bit odd immediate location poor but only 5 / 10 minute walk to the beach smokey bar breakfast good for the price a little dated
