A perfect hotel, for a weekend away.

Bedrooms a little tired. But reception rooms and Bar well decorated. Staff all professional

Clean and comfortable

Stayed 2 nights room was clean spotless in fact, breakfast was ok, staff exceptionally helpful only downside my room overlooked the road so constant noise from traffic

The property was very clean and quiet the reception staff were always on hand and helpful

Stayed overnight for a wedding we attended in the area. Was easy, convenient and received complimentary parking which was a nice little bonus

The hotel is in an excellent position in the centre of Derby. Unfortunately having been out for the evening and returning not particularly late at 10.30 I found that I couldn’t get a hot chocolate or coffee at this time as “the coffee machine is turned off at 10.00”. The hairdryer in my room didn’t work and I had a poor night sleep (the busy main road outside meant it was too noisy to have the window open and the air conditioning too noisy to keep on)

Nice hotel great breakfast!

Could not use the car park, took three attempts for payment to be taken, room service did not answer and roomed decor was tired looking and musty smelling. Reception staff tried their best and were apologetic.

Service at the hotel was great, particularly Vanessa who checked us in and stored our bags for us. Breakfast was lovely too. There was a reasonable amount of road noise but I travel with earplugs so that didn’t disturb my sleep.

was good till the 2 night then ended up with a drunk guy trying to get in our room and starting when we left he start shouting
