The floor felt damp but was dirty. Someone’s flip flop was under one of the bed’s. The shower walls still had hair on them. There were several long hairs on the comforter. The recliner looked dirty. Breakfast was lacking and not what we had come to expect at a Holiday Inn Express.

Was under remodeling, carpets dirty, Room not stocked with, coffee, bathroom towels short. Seat on toilet loose.Crappy tv reception.

Property was clean and pleasant to the eyes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient for what we were doing.

Staff was friendly- no idea if the units in building couldn’t keep up with outside but it was miserably hot in the building. 85 degrees inside at 8:35am at breakfast. We had our room ac unit cranked to 60 degrees to help maintain a comfortable temperature for us. I feel very bad for the staff!! Having to work inside the stifling building and not even a breeze to help them.

Signs on the property said they were renovating however I never saw any signs of construction. The room was OK. I always strip the bed to check for bugs. There were no bugs however the mattress was very worn and yellow, and had some springs poking out the sides. The bathroom was very spacious. I appreciated all of the room in there.

Bed was really comfortable, staff was nice, breakfast was really good. Place was a little beat up but it served its purpose. It was clean though, just seemed over lived in was all.

The location was convenient for my visit. The breakfast had a nice variety of items. The staff was helpful, considerate, and kept everything replenished. The room was comfortable. The phone system wasn't functioning. I wasn't able to dial another room, even with the "assistance" of the front desk. Almost half of the TV stations had a "weak signal" and were not able to be accessed.

AC was broken. Called front desk, they gave us a tower fan. Furniture had gum stuck to the back. Next day, someone came to fix AC, my mom told them we were leaving in an hour it didnt matter anymore. He and a housekeeper tried to force their way in and my mom told them her granddaughter was in the shower, we were leaving in an hour, there was no reason for him to be in the room. Door to pool malfunctioning.

On the Expedia APP it showed may be two queen size or king bed. I wanted two queen but only king size available. APP should be more transparent for this hotel.

The pool felt dirty. Found a 15 in dreadlock in the bottom of the pool. The breakfast was horrible. We came down ten minutes before they closed so many of the items were not restocked. We had to ask them to bring out the oranges and bananas. The potatoes were all Gone and not replenished. Orange juice was out. Yogurt was only restocked after I asked Pastries also were not restocked until I asked. One of the coffee machines was broken. I have never been in a holiday inn breakfast which was so badly stocked and taken care of. Staff was not very helpful

I needed someplace close to rhe aipoer in Columbus and thisnfit rhe bill. It was a great price. It was vey clean. Geeat bed and pillows.
