A beautiful hotel with nice ambiance. Rooms are small but clean and beds are comfortable. Pool is wonderful! Food at restaurant was great! View from balcony is spectacular!

Great resort but far away from downtown

Fantastic hotel, friendly staff & good quality food. We loved our few days & wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

The breakfast was incredible! The Hotel has an amazing ocean view and even though does not have a beach, there are a few in a short walk.

The view from my room was stunning and the sound of the ocean was so peaceful. In addition, the front desk staff was very nice. Great experience all around!

This hotel was great from start to finish. A friendly member of staff greeted us upon arrival and helped us check in, offering us a welcome glass of prosecco. The room was clean and large with a balcony, and definitely worth the price difference to a sea view room. Our stay was in April so the weather peaked at 20-24° each day. There was an indoor pool and spa which was great for when it was too cold to swim in the outdoor pool. The hot tub was very big but could have been slightly warmer, along with the steam room and sauna. The outdoor pools are heated but are quite refreshing on the hot days I was able to go for a swim. I had multiple massages and a facial in the spa as well which was great value and all the staff in the spa were absolutely amazing! They clearly have extensive knowledge of the treatments and are all extremely friendly! The breakfast was wonderful as well with a range of fresh bakery items, hot meals, fruits; pretty much any breakfast food you could think of, they have. The concierge was also very friendly and helpful, assisting us in planning and booking some days out on our trip and recommended some great restaurants. The location of this hotel is also quite convenient as it had some grocery stores and local restaurants around, and was just a 15 minute taxi ride into Palma City. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations on every front, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lively but also relaxing environment.

The hotel was very nice and clean. You were able to walk nearby restaurants or small shops. Outside by the pool you basically had your own beach. The cleaning ladies were super nice and helpful with our wedding event as well.

The view from the bed room is beautiful. Bus just outside the hotel. Food and service are good . Didn’t like the layout of the room , AC was not working properly and I didn’t have good night sleep because of that. We took half board and in the evening meal , the restaurant doesn’t provides tap water , they charge £3 for a bottle of water ! I found this is totally unnecessary as they do put water in the morning free of charge but not in the evening Overall is nice hotel

This is our 4th visit, we come every year with our son (11). The location is just perfect bus journey to Palma in 20 mins, walk to Illetas beach along the rocks 10 mins. The hotel itself is 4 star but amazingly clean, well maintained and the staff are outstanding. Always greet you with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. The same staff have been here for 4 years. The hotel pool is so clean, on a fantastic spot going right out to the sea. It has a shallow lido to the side of the pool to swim in the sea. This area is perfect for snorkelling and keeps my son and husband amused for hours! We love this place, it simply ticks all the boxes. Thank you again Hotel Bonanza playa, you did not disappoint ❤️

Reception staff awful

Stayed at least 10 times before. This was the worse. New manager has cancelled all live entertainment on ground floor. Shut the krystal restaurant early. Stopped theme nights in restaurant with welcome drinks. This was all usually available in our October annual stays. Looks like the hotel is declining in standards.

They said my reservation was not in the System, so I got charged the going rate, I showed them the confirmation email they didn't care, they blamed it on Hotels.com I got Discounted the last 2 days, but I did end up paying aproximately 150 euros more.

Easy to get around Mallorca on the bus, 2 euros one-way. Bus stop is right outside of the hotel. There are two properties across from each other. The one across the street has mini-golf. Love the access to the ocean, even though there isn't really a beach, and love the pool. Only thing was the AC wasn't working our first 2 nights, so we had to sleep with the balcony open because it was too hot. Also, they never informed of us this. However, I would go back and I would recommend.

Comfortable room overlooking the sea and easy access to swim in the sea which is what we wanted. Good breakfast but quite crowded at times. Helpful and kind staff. Used the municipal car park which is very close.

Great experience

I liked the property and the staff all were very friendly the only thing I did not like was the food served it was not very good.

I found some of the staff friendly especially the bar staff , but some seemed pained to help you . They could do with more staff at busy times .

Good bus route to Palma. Pool area great. Staff Fab.

Will definitely stay again
