This hotel is awesome & so clean. The breakfast tastes good, but non-halal is average ... hehe. But there is one obstacle when checking in (outside the language barrier, because not all receptionists are English), but when checking in ... the hotel informs me that as long as I stay there, QT can only be breakfast only for 1 person, well ..... if the room is rented for 3 people, so that the name of the breakfast is automatically given to the person who rents the room, like there is a misunderstanding, as a result luckily traveloka can help complete it, thank you yes traveloka, qt three of us can still have breakfast for 2 days there ^^

The hotel is quite close to Guomao Metro Station, the facilities are quite satisfactory, but breakfast is only for 1 guest, while the room we occupy is a triple room for three people. The receptionist can speak English but the staff at the cafeteria are not fluent so when I deliver my parents for breakfast, I get a less pleasant treatment, even though I have explained that I only escorted and did not go to eat.

Bad service for a man staff and it's rude man in there.

The location is near the metro shenchen exit and is on a big road surrounded by many malls. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Good service. Breakfast is delicious even though it's only one serving.

Everything is good, location is near guomao station.
