I stayed two nights at the property in question. The hotel's added value lies in its staff: extremely courteous and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and modern. On the first night, I stayed in a ground-floor room that had a sliding door, which was not very practical for separating the room from the bathroom. On the second night, the room was on an upper floor and decidedly more comfortable. The rooms are very small by American standards and lack a proper surface for suitcases. The temperatures are generally quite low, with limited options for adjusting the thermostat, which was locked. Additionally, in the room from the first night, the thermostat was positioned perpendicular to the radiator. I was told that the low temperatures are due to the country's energy policies, and I wonder how much this matters to tourists or people just passing through France.

Overall an excellent hotel. Very clean. Dinner offered in the evening so guests did not have to go out for their meal. Staff for the most part helpfull.

Notre troisième séjour ici, et tou s'est bien passé, la chambre executive était spacieuse et confortable. Nous devions nous rendre la matin à la clinique de Keraudren qui n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied, donc c'est le meilleur choix pour la proximité.

The service from the staff was exceptional. The breakfast was more than adequate and the one dinner we has was very good indeed.

Terrible stay. They don’t have wi-fi in all the rooms. They said because of a thunderstorm but the lobby had access so not sure what happened. When I complained, the receptionist said tough luck it is not our fault. No apologies and certainly no willingness to compensate us in any way. For example, our rate didn’t include breakfast would it be too much to offer it? The room was small, the staff clearly needs more training…

The hotel was really nice and friendly staff. The hotel was in a good location and on site parking. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Just good value for the price

Needed something close to the airport, comfortable and affordable for after a meeting in Brittany - this fit the bill perfectly. Nicer than some Best Westerns, with a modern feel and ample parking. The breakfast looked nice, however, couldnt partake due to a 5am departure!!

The rooms are nice and the parking is free, but it doesn't have anything special

We booked a last minute hotel in Roscoff 5 mins from ferry crossing it said on website great we thought . We printed info off to then find hotel was 45 mins away in Brest.Was not happy. Had to change our plans for weekend.

We stopped over in Brest & booked this hotel last minute. The room was nice & we were comfortable after a long day of driving.

The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. Rooms were big,clean and modern and better than most places you could expect in Brest. The resturant though small offered high quality meals.

Difficult to get to; overpriced, out in the middle of nowhere, no convenient public transportation, located over a busy freeway. Restaurant is stiff and overpriced.

1. Gave me a key to someone else room. Fortunately, they were not in the room when I walked in. Could have been a very bad situation. 2. The key they gave me to the next room did not work. 3. They neglected to tell me that you had to insert the key into a place on the wall to get electric to the room. Took me three trips back down to the lobby to finally get settled into the room. 4. Shower wand did not work. The staff spoke English, which was a big help, but it was very frustrating getting into the room.

My room was showed "occupied" in the booking system when checking in. Not ideal when checking in at 23:00 - it took almost 20 minutes to resolve the problem. I bought something from the bar when waiting - but was not offered anything. In general the hotel staff could be a little more "attentive", I waited many times when I tried to order something from the bar - and refill of breakfast items was very slow..The hotel standard is generally good - but location not very central (but close to the airport)

Super hôtel, bon petit déjeuner, j’ai testé le restaurant un soir : très bon et copieux. Chambre impeccable sauf la réception tv des chaînes Canal (sport et cinéma et c+ classique)
