I really like this hotel, but im not a fan of paying $10/day for parking. But i like to think it goes to the excellent cooks and kitchen staff.

Only complaint I had was with the room keys . Even others had the same problem with there room key. They where not working until you tried 3 time them the room door would open

Staffing/Housekeeping stole my diamond earrings that I know for a fact was left on the counter because the rushed us to be out before checkout and lied and said they did not steal them

Very small room, in room amenities not up to Hiltons standards. Refrigerator and microwave on floor in corner of room. Very low water pressure in shower. Air conditioning not working in room.

Not free parking.

Easy checkin. Had issue with keys deactivating. Was not informed until check out that there is a fee to park you car.

The staff was warm and welcoming. Thanks to the omelette Chefs Supervisor that I was able to have sautéed chicken & veggies since I have an egg allergy. She was so accommodating each day.The food was tasty. The room was very nice and cozy. I was informed upon arrival that my original room 2 queen beds were not available due to work in the room. However I was happy. I enjoyed the pool & whirl pool. This was one of my best visits.

The property is beautiful. The staff were amazing. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The shower was to die for!
