Hotel is a little dated but well maintained. Conveniently located across the street from City Hall. Great breakfast buffet. Nice view from the restaurant on the 17th floor.

No handicap rooms. Will not let you check in before 2p.

Great location for Kushiro. Bathroom could be updated as it was a little worn and tired.

This property is idealy located if the transportation from the AirPort is Important - it is door to door. The staff were very helpful and room was very clean. Not speaking Japanese made it difficult for me at times. For example there are 3 options for breakfast which staff might have explained to me but i did not understand. It did not matter as normally i like to eat outside hotel but the full breakfast on the last night was very good.

The staff were friendly and responsive, the room was clean and simple, and the eco-friendliness was a nice surprise. The property itself is in need of some attention however - it is a tired and worn out.

I have nice stay at this hotel and is just walking station from JR station. Jus take a map when you reach Kushiro station and you can find the hotel easily. One of the male staff helped us to make reservation for resturant and he even printed color map to tell us how to get there. We signed up for this one day tour and we are not sure where to wait for the bus. After breakfast, we checked with the same staff after buying our bus ticket. My friend went to the washroom and forget to take her beverage that she left at the hotel front desk. We are surprised to see the hotel staff who quickly bring it to us. Next he even walked us to the bus stop, where we are supposed to wait for the bus to fetch us. He also helped us to call another resturant to make reservation and is just behind hotel . He even shown us where is it. Although his English is not good, he is very polite guy.

Overall, I was pleased with the hotel service. Hotel staff were nice, and received me with warm welcome. The hotel facilities are not new. The room had a great view of the Pacific ocean, and is furnished well with a Japanese style yukata. Breakfast was great. Lots of food to choose from.

Was in Kushiro to visit the Akan Crane Centre. Good basic hotel. Located very close to the Fisherman's Wharf / EGG (which is so-so). Not much else in the vicinity for meals for restaurants or shopping, so we just went walk several blocks to a restaurant area and the Washo market near the JR Kushiro station. The hotel is no-frills. Good basic spacious clean rooms.

Close to train station. Clean room, tasty breakfast. Very friendly staff, happy to help me with everything I needed.

A wonderful hotel within a short 3-5 mins walk to Fisherman's wharf MOO. Very clean and spacious room with polite staff. Nearby amenities. Top floor breakfast view is wonderful.

Room to warm, no rooms service & don't allow delivery

Convenient straightforward big hotel 10min walk from station in very quiet town; not exceedingly cozy but practical and huge room with huge sea and sunset view. Restaurant with 3500y buffet on the last floor.

Prince Hotel is a famous hotel chain and Kushiro is a tourist city. We cannot believe front desk staff cannot speak English. Location is good to access fish market and wharf.
