1st floor including suite smelled like sewer system. When we shared our concern, they gave us room fresheners to use. We had to use all day while we were in room. Streets are too narrow for Cars to drop you on on door. No information was given during reservations and it was very challenging to get to hotel with luggages. Restaurant is on 4th floor so that made it worst as they don't have elevator. Terrible experience.

This old building does Not have a lift When I checked in at night the front desk i asked to order an auto next morning at 5 am for heading to the railway station. The next day morning when I checked out at 5 am, there was no auto there I had to walked out in a dark alley with chilly wind to find a auto by myself. And the alley in 5 am was empty nothing there....... The front asked for 250 to call an auto for me. and at the time there was no one auto waiting for me at 5 am.... later I managed to find an auto myself the price was 150... They tried to over charged the customers, they did Not even do the job!

The Road to the property is very very Narrow. Lake facing rooms are preferable. Don' t expect a complete breakfast.

The approach road is unimaginably worse. It leaves you to keep imagining where you are hading to.....the lanes getting narrower to the minimum for a car to get in.....There is no parking space > two cars in front of the hotel with lot of adjustment, of course... The service is very slow and response time is a cool > 30 minutes.... The Booking at 'Expedia' confirmed Complimentary Breakfast, which was denied. No morningg tea till 8 AM and no room service for Dinner..
