Small room. Not very bougie for the price. Noisy a/c. Cluttered lobby. Fat pillows. Insipid decor.

This luxury hotel was so welcoming and warm. There is a sense of serenity and calmness to it. The room has a beautiful tranquil decor plus such comfortable bed and pillows making the stay one of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed. The gym is also exquisite. Absolutely loved it. Dining wise, the omakase meal prepared by chef Kazuyo was divine. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Service through was fantastic. Would be coming back again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the staff were so kind and went above and beyond with small touches in our room and excellent service at the front desk (shout out to Alexandra). I would stay again and would recommend it if you want to stay in this area.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and staff was very attentive. The plugs worked for North American appliances and there was a mini fridge and lots of free bottled water.

Staff were super, got me an early check in, among and helpful wighouut being obtrusive. My new favorite hotel in London. Also Marylebone is an underrated area well worth a visit.

We are returning guests. The hotel has not disappointed. Top notch rooms and service, always a warm welcome. Shout out to Adrian, the concierge for being a familiar friendly face, highly professional! Close to Hyde park, short jaunt to Marylebone High Street, surrounded by good restaurants!

Beautiful boutique hotel in great area and amazing customer service with a very comfortable room and bed!

Staff was friendly and service was impeccable. The room was very comfortable and pleasant and well appointed. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back/recommend to others.

Everything was so good, will choose here again for my next trip.
