This accommodation is very pleasant in terms of its very strategic location the staff are friendly and very helpful. Spacious bathroom. The room is also not too narrow, only the pillows are a bit hard.

Near the food location & train station.

Conveniently located a short distance from Shinjuku JR, in the shopping district. Very good service staff The room is very clean.

Room- small, just like any other hotel in Tokyo. Cleanliness- it's pretty good. I love how clean the hotel is receptionist - is so bad. They don't have smile on their face. At the end of my check out, I asked if I can store my luggage just for 2 days and they said no in a rude way. They don't even give us any solution to solve it because I was going to other city for business trip (so I am kinda rush). If you are thinking to ask them to call you a taxi, you better think twice. They will charge you for this. So funny. It will be my first and last time at this hotel.

Good location...walking distance to kabuchiko shopping street..easy access to shinjuku station via reasonable price shuttle bus. The room is pretty small but very clean and tidy. The staffs are very helpful, polite and informative.. In front desk..you may able to make reservation for airport limousine bus.

It's a great hotel with a friendly receptionist, you can ask direction, although some of them is not very good in english, but they gave good info about good places, eventhough the room is not big enough (it's okay because it's very common in japan) but it's clean and comfy. Only one minor, the breakfast is served into room and only given a sandwich and omelett in a box. The place is near to shinjuku center, and walk to the shinjuku station for about 10 minutes. Overall it's a great place to stay in shinjuku area.
