The hotel was really nice from the location, the facility which is new and the breakfast was a highlight as well as the super amazing staff. Just a small feedback on the bathroom light which not that bright so guest are able to see clearly.

Good location to Ximending market and subway/metro. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately this time the restaurant was in renovation,so we can't have the delicious breakfast,only a set simple breakfast send to our room every morning. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and will stay again next time when we go to Taipei. Keep it up your good service👍👍👍👍👍

Stay the second time at this hotel. The breakfast menu is still less varied. But this time the service was better. Finally we got a city view room (previously a room with a window but no view). Thanks to management for helping to find our sweater that was left behind and allowing check-in 1 hour earlier. The best fixed location. Close to Ximending area and MRT station.

Good location, near ximending. Rooms and amenities are okay. Breakfast is normal, with almost the same menu for 3 days. Bonus free self service laundry. Also free tea coffee and snacks at just a cafe. Unfortunately the clothes drying machine is broken. I used a drying machine for 2 hours, with the clothes still wet. Ask for a nice view, it turns out my room window (928) faces the inside of the hotel aka the same as the view no. So you can't see how the weather is outside.
