Great overnight stay here from Prague. Took the Flixbus round trip. Incredible hotel. Liked everything about it.. massages in the afternoon. Highly recommend

For a five star hotel you expect the room to be spotless but i found mould in the shower and the fridge wasn’t clean and they told me my room had a forest view there was no forest the only thing i could see is the rooms at the other side of the hotel and the hand towel were stained … and i had to walk to another reception to go to the spa … for me it was over rated.

Our visit was during June and the outside temp was 86. But the a/c had not been turned on in the hotel for the year. Luckily the windows open for some relief.

Amazing place in center of it all. The area around the hotel is loaded with shops and amazing restaurants along the river. The pool and spa were fantastic. Great service and accommodating people.

Great location but the air conditioning was not existent so we had to open a window.

Lovely hotel, great dining for dinner and breakfast. Massage was very good. However the rest of spa services were disappointing… the whirlpool was not hot … and the pool environment was not up to the standards one would expect from A hotel of this calibre.l… not very attractive.

The hotel is amazing in its architecture and style. It is like stepping into another time to a more elegant way of living. The staff is excellent, they went out of their way to make our time special. The concierge, Tomaz, went out of his way to help us find my family’s home here in the Czech Republic. We highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a pretty little town . This hotel you need to get the expensive room . You can always make more money . They have a spa area (free) ,there was a big breakfast ,an air of class everywhere. Karlovy Vary is a place you'll probably only go once . do it right ,stay here.

A spectacular property in a stunning location. Dining staff were excellent, but felt others were somewhat ‘selective’ in their attention and efforts.

An absolutely amazing spot, I would highly recommend the Grandhotel Pupp. It exceeded our expectations.

One of the great hotels on the planet. The only reason I listed the area around the hotel as a 4 is because they were doing repairs to the streets in front, so it wasn't as pretty. This is the place to go to get truly pampered. The room was gorgeous and the staff were attentive and professional. Great place.

Absolutely beautiful! Our suites are lovely, comfy beds and very spacious with vaulted ceilings. One of the best hotel accommodations I’ve ever been!! Spa is wonderful. The pool is very relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again on our next visit!
