Super accommodating friendly staff. Great location near the beach and all attractions. Modern but cozy boutique hotel with spacious rooms, good amenities and fantastic sauna and fitness room for private use. (Returning customer)

We really enjoyed our stay, our room was large,clean and comfortable. Great amenities, comfy bed and really nice bathtub! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The property is just a block from the waterfront with lots of restaurants, shops and convenience stores nearby. Very walkable. We were facing the main road so it can be quite noisy at all hours. We'd definitively stay here again should we find ourselves back in Sopot

It is very hard to find main entrance and if you like use parking you have to book

Hotel 5/5 But some of the rooms (mine :/) are located with windows directly over delivery backdoor and a kitchen, with noise all day and night. When I asked for a change, they requested a paid upgrade (seems peace isn't included in a standard room :P)

I had an enjoyable stay, and for a good price. The staff were reasonably helpful, and the room large and clean. There were a couple of small maintenance issues with the fittings in the bathroom, and the soundproofing (assuming the room ever had any) was not adequate for whatever was going on outside. But you get what you pay for, and this was OK because I did get sufficient sleep. This hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the shops and beach. Overall I am going to give it four stars overall, as it did a good job.

Visit to Sopot was for Beach Rugby Tournament. Was made welcome at reception. Whilst I had added Breakfast to my stay I did not have, as Team and friends ate out for all meals. Loved the “Welcome to (day)” mat in the lift which changed daily. The room was lovely and faced onto the Square. The shower was amazing - power - and had couple different shower head settings. I honestly cannot fault anything I experienced in this hotel. One (very tiny) point. On Friday and Saturday nights it was noisy as my room above restaurant. Whilst windows are double glazed, you could hear goings on in the square. I say this as a point to note, not a criticism. I would be happy to book again at this hotel.

Spotlessly clean modern rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is in an excellent position next to shops, restaurants, bars and the pier.
