This is a very nice hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff were polite, helpful and welcoming. It is located in a quiet area and is only a 10 minute walk to the lake and the bus station. A very pleasant stay Thankyou Things we didn’t like Lack of adaptor sockets in the room, only 1 that we could see No bin in the room, although there was one in the bathroom Shower cubicle was tiny and the showered head bracket did not stay in place so shower head kept slipping to the bottom Sink was leaking I would expect more from a 4 star hotel

Amazing time, felt like family! Will return again and again.. made a business trip feel like a vacation. Great pool, room, view , staff, drinks, it was all perfect!

This hotel was better than most 5 star properties. No detail was missed from deluxe suite with balcony overlooking vineyards, impeccably clean, most attentive staff, amazing breakfast and dinner at their restaurant, and the town on Lake Garda in the mountains has stunning beauty.

In room 208 was a treat!!! Vineyard on our terrace,,,2 bathrooms and wonderful hotel..staff was a bit ubnderstaffed at front desk..but Sabrina made up for it all!!!!!

My wife missed the body lotion among the amenities...really minor issue.

The staff were so wonderful and helpful in every area. Great pool and also indoor spa which gives you the flexibility to choose. Food was lovely although we also ate out in town as well. The recommendations from Bruno about where to cycle we’re great and we really enjoyed cycling to Arco and then onto Dro with some fab views. Lovely hotel

In general was great. Air conditioning in our room. Out of main hotel in room with garden was rubbish at. Only came on sometimes. So so hot in our room.

Hotel is very nice, staff are lovely, good pool and good aircon Location is around a mile from the Lake which is fine if you like walking but may be a problem if you are not so mobile. We had a standard room and it was very small, nowhere to store your suitcase, if I returned I would prefer to pay for a bigger room. Good breakfast.

The food for the evening meal was a very disappointing (. poor quality ). We only ate there one evening due to the weather. Whatever the weather is it is better to walk into the town than eat in the hotel

The colour of the walls did not let me relax. Mandarin bright one.Curtains like from funeral. Pool open only some hours which were not convienient. Othwer than that everyhing ok.

We loved this hotel, enjoyed the spa and pool. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The only thing we didn't like is the room. It is very old, outdated and need a major renovation.

Staff were delightful and very helpful. Room was excellent. Quiet comfortable and spacious. We were upgraded to a Dream Suite on arrival, with a private deck overlooking a vineyard and the beautiful mountains. Enjoyed a pleasant relaxing couples massage in the spa. Only disappointment was the restaurant. Food was not very good and service quite brusque.

We were assigned the most worst view in the hotel. The service in the restaurant is unwelcome and unfriendly. The location of the hotel is inside the residential area. There’re a lot of hotels near to the beach or main road are much better!

The view from the hotel were amazing. There was a really homely feel th the place. We really enjoyed the spa experience. It was a very quiet and place to stay.
