El Hotel y facilidades no estan mal, solo que deben de remodelar el area de los Buffet principales, Teatro y el area de Lobby.

todo estuvo my buenos el personal del hotel excelente en especial Jaime que trabaja en el front desk fue muy amable personas como el hacen que uno se siente bien recibiendo en el país.

Was ok. Workers ver unprofessional and most of them don’t speak English very rude too. When you get there will update your room they ask you to pay extra money and if you pay cash they take it money no receipt. You can negotiate how much you want to pay for upgrades. Will not go back for sure I been at better resort in DR where ppl are more nicer.

I booked for Bahia grand Bávaro & the only complaint we have is about the room. It didn't look like the picture on expedia. You could tell the room & bed were too old. Bathroom was falling apart with a smell of too much bleach. We complained at the front desk and they upgraded us but we had to pay the differences.. after that the whole vaca was amazing! There are 7 resort on this property& we had access to 3 of them. All people were so nice and attentive towards our needs. Beautiful experience!

The property is gorgeous and appealing. I took my kids with me and they were very pleased with all the activities in the resort. Leonardo, the clerck attendant was very professional and he checks us in with such ease and timely manner. The service at the dining room was good ( Ana, Roberto, Jose and Ricardo ) were kind and serve us with a warm smile and great attitude. However, the cleanliness of the dining room wasn’t good cause we got interrupted by a bunch of flies and roaches running in the dining room.

Muy poca iluminacion en el cuarto, pocos enchufes para cargar los cell y tablet, la cama estaba muy dura, el cojin de decoracion peor de duro.

Property was great! Food was great! Trollys were great! Foam parties are amazing! Night life is great! Sports bar and karaoke was amazing! The club in there was awesome!

My first room smell really bad ……. My 3rd room was pretty cool it was by the pool and beach …. The staff very unprofessional I felt unsafe they gave another family my room key !!! My family just came from the pool and was changing out of the wet clothes the other family came in the room and seen my 9 year old naked!!!!! I went to speak to management no one came to help me so we left the resort !!!!!!

The areas was very nice but the room was horrible the air conditioning was very hot and a lot mosquito in the room the room was not clean the bathroom was horrible and never go back

Las facilidades muy bonitas y el personal amables, pero las habitaciones no están en condiciones especialmente los aires acondicionados. Igual los restaurantes tampoco tienen buen aire acondicionado. En la reservación decía que tenía todo incluido, pero al llegar dijeron que solo teníamos tres días de restaurantes. En general estuvo bien, el lugar en bien bonito. Si pueden pagar alguno de los luxury, mejor. Recomendación dialogar con los del front desk porque ellos entienden y resuelven bastante.

I think this proper one’s to update their rooms . I could take a proper shower , the shower head was broken , no pillow cases on the pillows etc. I would go back , but I would book with another hotel

Awesome experience with my family

The experience was awesome. Though we had some difficulties the first day with the room & a female staff at the customer service was rude & insolence. Called numerous times didnt answer and when did would hang the phone. Had to go to the front desk, ask for help; I explained everything that happened to the reception not knowning who I spoke on the phone. The customer service agent came by heard the conversation to which she responded your not the only person in the hotel. I didnt let her disrepect bother my vacation. Problem wasn't resolved, but I enjoyed my week. After that everything was awesome.

The property has a poor services with cleanings, a lot of areas was very dirty the rooms and bathroom need attention

We didn’t know have Wi-Fi on the room Also the dining room we only could book 3 no more like other hotels or resorts reserves more than three Was not a issue for us because we do speak the language of the country right we are not happy with the service at all
