Only one channel on TSN no football games CFL Someone tried to come and fix it. They said there’s nothing he could do.

I enjoyed the service

On a quick trip into Saskatoon for a family funeral- booked 3 rooms for our family- our room was in worst condition- worn carpets in room- bathroom had cracked floor tiles mold in corners of shower- pool facility was not monitored younger kids were using pool without adult supervision including climbing water slide when closed- appears hotel is in need of a renovation to keep up! They did provide free breakfast coupons for use in restaurant- which helped with start of the day routine!

It's a good, clean, well maintained property but at least one bed mattress could stand replacement.

Disappointed to find the water slide operates on a very sparse schedule. We chose this for a back to school fun mini vacation with the thought the kids could water slide. However we went on a Tuesday and the water slide does not operate that day. We also requested a cot and were told we could not have one in our room. Food was good in both restaurants and room was good ( needing some minor upgrades) beds were comfortable

Hallways smelled

Officially, the worst Four Points or any Marriott Bonvoy property I've ever stayed at. It just just awful: dirty carpets all over, including elevators, hallways, and the room. Broker sink, broken shower, poorly repaired tiles, broken tiles, yellow-ish bed sheets, etc. Highly not recommended. Stay away from this hotel.

The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfy. The staff member when we checked in was terrific. I didn't like that there were a bunch of people smoking cigarettes and pot right outside the main entry when we arrived with our kids. I was also disappointed that the waterslide doesn’t operate on Mondays - would have been nice to know that in advance from the listing when be booked.
