The staff was super friendly and helpful , the hotel decor is amazing. It was a great stay.

This hotel is beautiful. We chose a room in the middle of the price range, and it was wonderful with an extra seating area and a stunning bathroom. The service, however, did not match that quality. After we checked in, I tried calling housekeeping to ask for more hangars (only three in the closet for two people for four days) and glasses. Phone didn't work, so I went to the front desk to ask. Nothing happened, so the next day I found someone from housekeeping and was promised the items would be sent right away. Nothing happened. I gave up and draped my clothes over the closet rod. The glasses, even in our bathroom, never once were changed during the four days, so we rinsed them out as best we could. Wifi never worked. Breakfasts were adequate, nothing special. The only truly good service was in the rooftop restaurant where we enjoyed pleasant dinners.

Beautiful property that is hidden away from the hustle of Jaipur's tourist core. The interiors are truly beautiful. Courteous and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for three nights as part of a visit to Jaipur and Agra. The hotel is beautiful, it is lavishly furnished and recreates a sense of days of old. We arrived late at night and had been given a twin bedded room rather than the KIng sized bed we had booked. In the morning, after a disturbed nights sleep due to sleeping in a single sized bed I requested a room change which at first they told me was not possible due to the hotel being full. After an unnecessary heated discussion the room change was made available. The following lunch time food in the restaurant was from a limited menu due to staffing issues which meant we couldn't eat what we would have liked. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and good quality. Wifi was very poor. It was a comfortable stay but a little spoilt by not being given the room that was booked and then argumentative reception staff not wishing to change the room.

Good location. We were in a standard room a floor below the terrace and unfortunately it was very noisy at night with tables and chairs being moved. One of the bed covers did have a mark on it. The staff were helpful and checked that you were happy with everything.

My second stay here and I'd recommend this hotel without a doubt. The staff are friendly, professional, courteous and try their very best to accommodate guests' requests. The breakfast buffet was great, everything looked fresh and clean and it was nice to have the garden just outside the restaurant. Shahpura House is ornate and a one-of-a-kind place :) Stay here if you're in Jaipur.

Lovely decor although a bit stuffy. Very clean. Bathroom is a thing of joy. I believe the Internet is fast but I can’t remember. Staff is courteous and thoughtful. They cleaned my room in the morning and again when I went out again in the evening without being asked. Very thoughtful. Stuff is also informative and helpful. Nice breakfast selection. Nice pool and spa. Very reasonable taxi prices. Will definitely stay there again

Best hotel experience ever. It's not the most luxury nor biggest one I've ever stayed. However, you can feel how much hotel staff cared for the guests. Also, the hotel has a very unique, beautiful and cozy environment which make you feel comfortable just like home.

This hotel exceeded all expectations, from the moment of our arrival to the minute that we left, we were treated like royalty, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were so spacious and so beautiful, the decor is out of this world, I can't wait to go back, I will only stay at this hotel!

My second stay at Shahpura. I almost hate to tell anyone about it because it is such a gem of a hotel. You won’t be disappointed! Beautiful. Comfortable. Good food. Amazing...
