We loved the location close to the Beach and Dining/Shopping on the Beachfront. It was easy to take Uber/Lift to and from the Airport and Cruise port. It was clean but a bit dated. Definitely would consider staying again.

Not recommended. Homeless hanging out all over the premises.

Property was descent. Steps from the beach. Parking is terrible. There is no free parking.

Nice cozy rooms. This is not a new property but it is well maintained.

Property need upgrade the furniture and the outside patios need better cleaning and new furniture. The area is very nice walking to Las Olas Boulevard. The communication with the manager was very good and friendly.

Loved my stay

No propane gas for bbq Sofá bed was very uncomfortable Mini split coil needs a very good cleaning No broom or mop on rooms. Other than that the property is very nice .

The property was just as described! Nothing super fancy just peaceful, safe and minutes from the beach. If you received a msg from property with your arrival details, just make sure you use the keypad and not the key if you leave and come back later!! We had an adventure but management came later to open our door!!

Probably the worst Villa on the entire Ocean Drive. Think of dinky studio apartment with possible roaches but okay for very basic living needs. Our neighbor overdosed on meth. The only communication from the management office was a text with our room number and security code. Other than that, great location. Parking was $20 a day but directly across our villa. 3 min walk to beach. 7 minute drive to Walmart. Highly recommend for maybe a couple dude friends blowing off some steam. Definitely don’t recommend if you’re bringing your partner for a romantic getaway.

reasonable price and walking distance to local bars and restaurants. easy parking

Check in was easy and staff was helpful. Everything is within walking distance, location is great. I would definitely stay here again.

My AC went out at night and wouldn’t turn on and I never got a response from management. Very disappointed

Good location but they make you pay nightly for parking and dont have enough spaces. We were unable to park in designated area so we got a ticket one night and had to pay to park in parking lot. Keys only work on one of the doors not both. No remote for the bedroom tv which we told them about but never fixed the issues.

Our hotel was close to the beach! It was very nice.

Our spot was nicely tucked away in an otherwise busy area. The bed was cozy, the temperature was nice, the shower was clean. The location is really the best part. It's a quick walk over to Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, which has all the cool stuff.
