Poor rooms old and outdated. Even the furniture won’t change the age. Bathrooms are old, tiny and definitely need a touch up. My bed did build a nice scrape.. mattress was totally worn out. They provide sky TV on some of the rooms which is appreciated but it would be nice if it’s working. In our room 524 regardless of sky you weren’t even able to watch regular tv. Service: very unmotivated lady did “welcome” us on a Friday afternoon. She was sho motivated it motivated me! 🤣 Harsh short on word she barely managed to talk to us. Neustadt definitely needs a better hotel than that. Especially during peak season when events like wine festivals are ongoing.

Horrible disaster. At 7 am workers started drilling inside the wall of my room and someone's hand came through the airco whilst I was still sleeping. Very crazy and creepy. They had only send an email before that stated 'in june we have some work on the air-conditioners'. It was very very crazy at a very early time. Also the staff didn't refund me fully and they didn't give shit. I had to book another hotel to sleep more as I've had a long drive ahead of me.

I recently stayed at this hotel in, Germany, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the front desk Mohammed, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Would 100% recommend to any one travelling in Germany.

This hotel is about 1.3 km away from the historical center. My room was comfortable though furniture was complete but quite obsolete and there's a bath tub in place of the shower. The breakfast buffet offered fresh food for though the choices were not as I wished. Both room and breakfast room were luminous because of the wide windows and offered a pleasant view on the green surroundings hills.

Outdated, old and tired and in need of a complete renovation. Bathroom dating back to the 70's and having to shower in a bathtub without any curtains is not good. Bad ventilation and extremely bad insulation from noise from outside or inside. The room rate was way too high for this property. Service was mediocre at best.
