The toilet didn’t work during our stay and the management didn’t apologies or offer a convenience for this service. We are a family of 5 and we had to go to the front office to go to the toilet. I’m disappointed

Nice place to stay

C'était un séjour de 3 nuits. Terrible pour le sommeille et le dos. Matelas dure comme de la roche vraiment désagréable surtout pour le prix. C'est très propre en général rien a redire.

Overall great experience. My only complaint was the pool was closed for repairs.

It was good

We stayed on the first floor and we could’ve hear the guest on the second floor, walking all day and all night over our head , because the room is not fully soundproof ,so it was hard sleeping.

Understated hotel in an industrial area of Quebec City. But we were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel, the comfort of the bed and the quality of the breakfast provided.

Room was too hot and A/C seemed to have a mind of it’s own.

Very clean, but zero sound proofing and mattresses are not comfortable.

Toute l'équipe était aimable. Belle piscine. Un déjeuner très correcte. La chambre tres bien aménagée.

Decent stay. Have to request cleaning of the room. I had requested it and it was never completed

Overall great stay. The breakfast was a great aspect. Good selection and enjoyable. Room and facilities were clean although the room had an unpleasant smell upon arrival. We had to air the room out quite a while. Beyond that we had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Out of the city but great to have accessible parking and not a far drive to anything you may want to do or see.

Easy to get to, good breakfast buffet, quiet rooms.
