It’s very conveniently located. Staff made good recommendations for lunch and dinner. Close to a supermarket. Pool area is very nice. Hotel rooms are pretty tired. We loved the best stuff: Gabriel and the young woman who works with him. Phenomenal breakfast.

Staff was so friendly. Served fruit infused water in lobby. A light bubbly muscat in the evening. A great coffee machine as well and reasonably priced. Fantastic breakfast. Best hamburger! Bit of a room mixup as 2 beds were booked on Travelocity but info not relayed to hotel. They were very accommodating to change us around

Staff was amazing, very friendly and polite. Location is very convenient with a lot of restaurant options nearby. The hotel is a little bit old but clean. Breakfast could have more quality options. Bed is ok but shower needs some improvements.

Property worth for the price we paid.

This is an older property with enough upgrades to make it a convenient budget stay. Location was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very “local”, so don’t expect bacon and eggs. Nice pool area and pool bar for relaxing!

staff helpful, rooms clean - nothing to complain about

Os atendentes são ótimos,mas esperava mais da estadia! Os quartos são muito barulhentos,ouve-se tudo do quarto de cima e da rua,ar condicionado super barulhento! A tv é na frente da cama de solteiro ,não vira para a cama de casal. O lençol da cama não tem elástico,acordava no coxão puro toda noite,e a limpeza deixou a desejar,claramente só ajeitavam a cama trocavam as toalhas,nem uma varrida ou pano no chão! Café da manhã fraco,dois primeiros dias não tinha queijo branco,só uma opção de iogurte de morango ,não tinha iogurte natural ou outro sabor,ou alguma outra coisa que pudesse comer com cereal,uma opção de bolo e outra bolo do dia anterior,a moça da tapioca super mau humorada! Piscina pequena e o estacionamento é cobrado R$20,00 a diária. Enfim…localização excelente recepção,manobristas e atendentes da piscina ótimos!

As condições gerais do hotel são boas, quarto limpo e espaçoso, bom banheiro, bom café da manhã. Todos os funcionários foram educados e muito prestativos, tanto na recepção, no café da manhã e serviços de arrumação e limpeza. Único ponto que destaco como negativo foi as opções de canais de tv disponíveis no quarto. Apenas alguns canais da tv aberta. E, o aparelho de tv era pequeno e antigo. Um hotel de quatro estrelas obrigatoriamente deve dar aos seus hóspedes opção de canais da tv a cabo e de streamings.

Tudo muito bom, porém o único ponto ruim é ter somente um elevador,o qual também é bastante antigo.

The staff of the property were very helpful. The morning staff speaks English but the night staff can be harder to communicate if you don’t speak Spanish or Portuguese The hotel is very well located. With a store down the road and a pharmacy across the street and a few restaurants around. It is further from the falls but most of the hotels are. We didn’t get to use many of the ammenities so can’t really comment on it. The breakfast was a good spread but lots of carbs. But the fruit and coffee weee good Room bed were comfortable and the everything works. The room was not the most modern but has everything that is required and clean. Only thing is that our room had a strange odor when we had the ac off. The hallways to the room probably could be updated but minimal. All in all a great value for money hotel
