Though we only stayed one night, our stay was really nice. The room was spacious and had a lot of helpful amenities. The free parking was helpful, but its not gated or anything. They had a sign in the room offering often forgotten travel items like toothbrushes and toothpaste as a courtesy as well which is super nice. Only thing I was confused about was a random drain stopper sitting on the sink? Other than that: a great stay.

We were in town to see Coldplay and booked this hotel last minute—sounds like many other did the same! It was perfect for what we needed. Clean with really comfy bed to get some much needed rest after bouncing around for hours. The staff were very friendly and professional. We had a great stay :)

Stayed here to attend a conference at the Novotel. Nice walk through Willowdale Park to the Novotel. Nice quiet neighborhood. A nice Sushi and Italian restaurant within a short walk. Nice hotel room with sitting area and separate bedroom. Would stay here again.

It was a very clean and nice property. The room was beautiful and the surrounding area was quiet overall. Kinda wish they would have remodelled the bathroom as I felt like that took the overall room a bit down but, it was clean and workable just dated. Enjoyed our stay overall!

This had the appeal of a small boutique hotel which I thought was nice and the room was perfectly fine. The hotel could use a little update is all.
