It was amazing. Such a wonderful area of town. With so many things close by.

Excellent place!! Rooms were nice and clean and spacious. Staff were all friendly and breakfast is out of this world, best thing, it’s included. Lots of variety to choose from, all very healthy. Even their coffee, dark roast is available. Highly recommended!!

Paid extra for Executive room which was so worth it with jetted tub, robes and slippers! Tania at the front desk was great and accommodating, Clara at the restaurant during breakfast was wonderful and attentive to my allergies, and Edgar was so helpful and friendly! Great music in the restaurant in the evenings! Within walking distance of city center. Traffic noise so bring earplugs. Hotel has a lovely ambience and smells like cinnamon. Free coca and mint teas. Welcome drinks and cookies upon check in. Amazing breakfast included in the executive suite fare and so many traditional Peruvian options that change daily. Love this place and will stay here again!!!

The Sonesta in Cusco is a few steps away from the Plaza de Armas without the noise and crowd. It is in a safe neighborhood, and you can easily access attractions with a short walk. It is safe enough to walk outside after dark for dinner or shopping. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent, starting at 3:30. They offered a complimentary shuttle to the airport when I left which was great.

Wonderful airport pickup. They sent a man to meet me at the luggage belt who carried my luggage to a waiting van to drive me to the hotel without delay. Room was ready early. Very friendly staff. Nice location. Room comfort is average. Small room. No ventilation and noisy from both people in hallway and outside noise.

Great hotel, staff were fantastic

Property was clean and staff was extremely helpful. Walkable to downtown. The breakfast buffet is well worth it and they open it a bit after 3 for people like us that did excursions (Machu Picchu and rainbow mountains).

This hotel is Perfect! It is convenient and accessible to all shopping areas within walking distance, staff was extremely helpful, hotel was clean and safe but my favorite part of it, was the Continental breakfast buffet, it provided numerous options each morning to start another adventure while in Peru! Hotel is a MUST STAY!

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel was very clean, and every staff member we met was incredibly kind and helpful. The best part is the location—you can walk to shops, restaurants, and all the main sights. Just a heads-up: there’s no air conditioning, so it might get a bit warm for some guests. Overall, a great choice for convenience and service!
