No other comparable golf/spa/culinary experience in Austria!

Great hotel for golfers, bikers and tourist. Beautiful surrounding, nice relax in hotel pool. Excellent food (had half board). Very friendly staff.

This hotel is extremely special. We stayed in the private spa suite and had our own sauna. The room was stunning, with an amazing view. It was actually better than I expected. Breakfast and dinner was included with the price and both were tasty. Pick a meat option as the vegetable option could have been better. It was my partners birthday and the hotel made it special. The spa facilities are pretty amazing too with everything overlooking the mountains. If I had one suggestion it would be that the sign in the quiet area of the spa was adhered to. The facility has an area where it states that under 14’s shouldn’t enter, families didn’t adhere to this and so there were children around. Only something small for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely time and the Hotel is just stunning. Would definitely go back.

Amazing service all around. From the reception, to the restaurants and spa - everyone did everything possible to make us feel great. The only thing I would say needs improvement - are the mattress and pillows.

Great experience, magnificent location and views

Schloss Pichlarn is literally a Millenium hotel, the oldest part of the hotel and the magestic tree at the entrance are 1,000 Years old! The staff are professional and helfpul, the pool and spa are lovely and relaxing, the sport program is great and the rooms well appointed with nice views of nearby mountains, comfortable beds, large bathtubs, bathrobes, tea and coffee! Can highly recommend a stay or holding an event at this unique hotel with a special aura!

Beautiful countryside, amazing vantage point, good food, golf club, mountain / countryside biking, pools, gym, spa and good service is what you get in Schloss Pichlarn. It is a remote location but well worth it, it should be a long stay and not a weekend unless you happen to be near, which means within 1 hour of transportation. We visited in summer, I am told it is lovely in winter with the skiing.

Very picturesque hotel, friendly staff and nice facilities

Super relaxing getaway close to the Austrian mountains! The room was very comfy, great service all around, and a lovely spa and wellness area - including a heated outdoor pool. The breakfast was great and we also enjoyed our two dinners - our only problem was they have limited pescatarian/vegetarian food options. It is about a 50 min drive from Hallstatt and only 15 min from the closest ski slopes.

Spectacular setting with wonderful modern and spacious spa. Staff slightly let the hotel down with over intrusive bar staff and somewhat disinterested front desk.But overall first class and worth experiencing.

Loved this hotel, staff were so helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel with the most spectacular views. Only problem we found was no air con In the rooms as the weather we had was 36 degrees. Other than that this hotel was flawless.

Perfect hotel with great SPA-area. Good for business overnights as well as for Relax-weekends or skiing. Great staff, great service, great view. We enjoyed this castle very much!

Very nice place with cool amenities like indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs. Saunas and steam rooms were also very good. Staff was nice and corteous.

Everything was perfect. The service was unbelievable, the staff extremely friendly and caring. Although we were there only 2 nights the peacefulness of the surroundings staggered me.
