The Hotel is very convenient to walk and public transportation.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Modern, clean rooms, friendly staff and secure parking for my motorcycle. It's also located a few mins walk from the cathedral and all the highlights in Guadalajara.

I have been coming to the Portobello Hotel for many years now, and the reason being that they have been very friendly and helpful with every visit I have made. It is very central to many other places aside from downtown. I was privileged to a sneak preview of how the remodeled rooms will look like when they are all completed, and let me tell you, they will be absolutely fabulous, a definite upgrade.

Its a simple hotel not toofancy just right for you to stay.its at a busy area but you cant hear nothing inside.

I like this hotel. I will stay here again next time i visit GDL. it was clean, have everything i needed. It was close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Staffs were nice and helpful. I'm glad my reservation wasn't able to be cancelled lol.

Great place to stay and well located.

The hotel was great! Very clean, bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious, hotel is walking distance from el Centro (down town) and the Cathedral, also near shops to buy souvenirs. We’ve stayed in 3 different occasions and it’s been great.

The hotel is a wonderful place, nice room, super clean, friendly staff, but only one thing; the pillows are super high and hard. I had to ask for a softer and lower; it was better but not great.
