I wish I had more time there. It was truly wonderful. The staff was friendly and amazing especially Louisa in the Club Lounge. The food is excellent. I am still thinking about the food. I also felt very safe and secure.

This hotel has several significant issues. Firstly, they require a 10,000 DZD deposit upon check-in, but they don't inform you that this deposit is specifically for late check-out. If you charge any food to your room, they will call you as late as 1 AM, insisting that you immediately pay the restaurant bill, which is highly inconvenient. The rooms are infested with cockroaches, and there is mold in the bathrooms. Additionally, the room service is extremely poor—you could be calling them around the clock, yet your requests may never be fulfilled. The best solution for this place would be demolition.

It is now clear why this hotel receives such poor reviews. The check-in process took 28 minutes. We paid for sea view and they tried to put us in a garden view. During the checkout they tried to charge us for the room rate which we had pre-paid. The Fitness Center was EXCELLENT. Great massage! Many items on the menu in the bar and the restaurant were not available. Only one restaurant was open. This is a very nice 3-4 star hotel— but listed as a 5 star.

I always go to Sheraton des pins when i come to Algiers, food is nice, hygiene level is high, staff are friendly.Internal swimming pool is amazing and sea beach is wide and big, clean and very satisfying. Rooms are big, clean, quiet and desk area is big to have work done.

Steps away from an amazing private beach. Check in staff were not helpful during our confusing and tense 45-minute(!) check in process during which the hotel wanted to charge me more than what was specified on my Hotels.com booking (over and above the state and city tax that I already expected to have to pay). Breakfast buffet was average and not worth the 2500 Dinar ($25 USD).

My room was dirty no towels a/c wasn’t working properly. I paid for breakfast & happy hour. Arrived 30 mins before the end and they refused to serve me. Never again.

Where do u start! Extremely disappointed! And frustrated me and my wife and our 8 month old baby and years old daughter had a terrible experience! Up on arrival Freida was welcoming and tried her best to help, however the check in was meant to be at 15:00 but we didn’t get a room till 17:30! We got to the room air conditioning don’t work! Only fan mode the room was boiling hot! The fridge didn’t work I tried calling reception from the room and guess what! The phone didn’t work!!! They replaced the fridge but all our baby food gone off as the new fridge needed a longer time to start cooling over 24hrs , the following day! The water cut out for few hours! And this kept happening 2 times a day every single day during our stay! The poor staff were responsive when we went down to speak to them but there is nothing that they can do not one single manger came out to speak to me and apologise or even explain this water cut ! I couldn’t shower or was our kids! Even worse electricity cut out while I was in the gym and everything went pitch black, it was very dangerous with all the weights around and other people using equipments, I had a very bad holiday I give credit to few individuals who were very helpful and polite 3 ladies from the fitness ouided, amara, khadija , and there was a man called gussied from the beach team who was amazing always helping with the pram and kids and setting things up for us , really nice person, apart from that I’m very disappointed with the Maintanence

The air conditioning was Terrible , I had 2 rooms and my teenagers kids were unable to be in the room … temperature was around 38 to 40 Celsius in the room and each time we open the window mosquitoes were terrible !! The problem is the air conditioner was down about a month before I checked in and no one informed us prior to our arrival, I asked for a fan and no availability to it … this is not a 5 stars hotel , I should have my money back Was a bad experience to be there I’m very disappointed and it was very expensive for this kind of experience, I want Expedia to assist me to get me a reimbursement from them because it wasn’t ok My son left the place ahead of time and I have the proof of newspaper as well the videos of talking about it as was scandal I will send you the paper written from the hotel management every day of my stay putting under our rooms and no one wanted to resolve the problem

I liked the Indoor swimming pool and the beach. You won't be able to watch important sports events as the hotel is not a subscriber to any of the channel package.
