Good breakfast

The booking was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Really liked the convenience of prepaid parking; the car was in a secure and safe gated area. The front desk staff was both cordial and courteous. Especially Rafael, had has quite the witty sense of humour. Thanks to Expedia we found this hotel and I would highly recommend. It made our stay in Montecatini all that much more enjoyable.

Hotel Boston is not Hotel Boston, we were put in the Da Vinci. The whole thing seems to be a mash up of several different hotels with ‘the pool’ in a completely different building. Very confusing and certainly not what I expected from the description given on the site.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Very well located within walking distance of many nice restaurants. Parking lot available. Beautiful rooftop pool with nice views.

Our room was in an adjacent connected building that you had to take stairs to get to. The doorlock from inside our room was not working. When i mentioned to Reception that we did not feel safe not locking the door from inside, they said they wouldn’t be able to do anything that evening, and we would have to wait till tomorrow for a room swap or lock fix. Neither was followed up with the following day, and since it was your last day, we eagerly just waited to check out of this hotel. We did not get proper sleep both nights since the door was unlockable/unchainable from inside. The hotel offered breakfast, but the waiters would only bring coffee to italian speaking guests. When my wife politely asked for coffee in english (seeing other guests on both sides of our table get offered coffee by the waiters), the waiter rudely pointed her to the coffee machine. I will never stay at this hotel again. We stayed at 3 other hotels (comparable to this hotel) in different cities during our same Italy trip, and their services were all good.

Found the staff in reception not helpful and not friendly!! No milk in the room for tea & coffee Thin walls so very noisy hearing the lift outside the room plus next door showering & could hear every time they spoke early in the morning Asked for ONE bottle of water & had to pay Paint on ceiling in shower room had just been touched up & looked all patchy TV in room had no English channels Roof top swimming pool was in the building next door! The room was vey spacious though which was good and breakfast was ok

Overall it was a good experience. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable enough.

Appalling customer service. Waiting staffs attitude was abrupt and disrespectful. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. So much so that we left a day early. Miserable horrible staff especially the waitress that works on the breakfast buffet who actually accused me of taking a breakfast side plate! Additionally the abusive abrupt head waiter that brought out the buffet food was unprofessional and raised his voice to me across the dining area. Couldn’t wait to leave Boston Hotel, left a day earlier than booked, Would never stay there again and definitely wouldn’t recommend for others to stay.

Amazing weather , good location when it comes to transport and restaurants , breakfast had loads of food to choose from , and the swimming pool was a good touch to the hotel.

A hidden gem that is close to the Terme Station and center of town with only a 10 minute walk. We found a Ferris Wheel and Merry Go Round in the town square. What fun!
