Älteres Haus in schöner Umgebung, das sich in schwierigen Zeiten behauptet.

Things were great but we stayed there on sort of regional holiday 11/11.Music was right across the square which was okay in spite of the fact it went on until 3:00 AM. Hotel was not a problem if you paid attention to the door coding system.

Good quiet hotel, run and managed by lovely people. The manageress/owner, her daughter were both lovely and drop dead gorgeous and the staff were all wonderful. The only down sound was that the hotel sit directly behind a public car park which serves the local park and we stayed in a Friday night and there seemed to be a collection of cars/local youths on the car park at 0030hrs on the Saturday morning making quite a lot of noise. Also we could not get the WiFi to work for the 2-nights which we stayed in the hotel.

Although you need to ring the hotel owner on arrival, the service was brilliant! The hotel owner was very helpful in providing good information of restaurants and sightseeing hotspots. The rooms are large and really comfortable. Will most definitely go and stay at this hotel again. My only advice would be is to have a mobile phone handy on arrival as you would need to ring the hotel owner for your room keys. Go and enjoy a very quiet and relaxing time away! The breakfast is also incredibly good and a real bonus!

Could not get in the front door and lighting around side at night was poor. Extra charge for room cleaning but it was not cleaned. Good location and manager was pleasant.

Bij aankomst geen warm water dus 2 dagen niet kunnen douchen! Slechte verlichting in de kamer die kapot was en een halfbakken ontbijtbuffet, wat er echt karig uitzag! Uiteindelijk gaf men ons een korting op ons verblijf. Ondanks de gunstige ligging voor de kerstmarkt in Aken, echt een afknapper.

Gut gelegen, ruhig, sauber. Freundliches Personal, das flexibel und unkompliziert alles arrangierte. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Zelden zo’n schone accommodatie gezien. Ruim en modern. Het enige dat ik miste was de mogelijkheid een kopje koffie of thee te kunnen zetten: omdat er al vanaf 15.30 uur geen personeel meer aanwezig is zou dat een welkome aanvulling zijn.

Établissement impeccable. Le point négatif, la terrasse à côté très bruyante et tardivement ce qui ne permet pas d'ouvrir les fenêtres. (C'est aussi l'été)

Kamer was netjes en heel proper. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het interieur buiten de kamer was wat oudbollig, zeker in de eetzaal. S 'avonds nogal lawaaierig buiten van hangjongeren en terras naast het hotel.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Leckeres Frühstück mit frisch zubereitetem Omlett und Obstsalat.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt des Personal aus ist über aus freundlich es hat uns an nichts gefehlt alle sind sehr Kinder lieb das Frühstück war hervorragend wir kommen gerne wieder alles Gute Iris

Freundliches Personal, klasse Frühstück, alles gut bis auf den fehlenden Kaffeeautomaten. Chefin hat mir diesen gemacht, sehr nett. Als WE Trip v zur kurzweiligen Erholung sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine interessante, geschichtsträchtige Gegend

Mooi hotel met ruime kamers, ontbijt is heel goed verzorgd. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van bezienswaardigheden in Nl, B en D. In het stadje zelf veel eetgelegenheden.
