Noisy guests that I didn't expect at this type of hotel... My biggest issue, though, was I jumped into the pool and just about died ... I'm not trying to be overly dramatic, but the pool temperature was probably somewhere around sixty degrees and was absolutely too cold for any type of enjoyment. I've been to Barton Springs near Austin, and that water is absolutely frigid, but this was colder.

Room was very spacious! Everything very clean. Staff was super nice!

The in door pool area was EXTREMELY slippery. The pool water was clean, and a little to warm. But the edge around the pool and all of the walk area were so slippery several children and adults fell

The hotel could not find our reservation for the itinerary number. We had to reserve another room so I would appreciate this being refunded back to the card or at least credit my account. It was ridiculous. We had business people in town and they couldn’t even check in and the staff at the hotel was not helpful at all

It was close to where we needed to go. Allegedly, we stayed in a refurbished room and i felt it was similar to a motel 6....not too impressed. There was a stain on the sheets. Not sure if it was a poop stain. in the other room we had, there were wires coming out of the wall where the thermostat was. Their tvs are small 32 inch. I was not impressed and probably recommend another hotel than here.

It was clean and comfortable.

Very Friendly Staff. Willing to help and accommodated us to our needs. I was driving my trailer with my UTV. I was a bit worried since its equipped with an expensive sound system and other expensive add ons. They made my parking situation a breeze and allowed me to park upfront so they can keep an eye and made sure the cameras were recording all angels of my vehicle.

Influx do to upgrade work ongoing, but clean and neat despite the construction.

Clean, modern renovations, staff & very close to Christus Mother Frances hospital is 5 stars for the hotel. Guests letting their room doors slam & t.v. playing late at night was disturbing, however, I was too tired to request a new room. I suggest bringing ear plugs & a white noise app.

The property has really gone down hill since I last visited. The beds are terrible and not comfortable. They were already knocking at 9 am, 3 hours before check out, when I was still sleeping so I felt rushed out. To add to it, I was also trying to pack and load my items and I come back and there is already someone IN the room, with items I still had in there. I never told them I was checked out so it was very frustrating coming back to someone in there when I was still trying to pack. The breakfast looked unappatising and it was the same menu all weekend. This was always my go to hotel in Jacksonville but not anymore unfortunately.

Overall this was a good stay. The place is looking dated and my room was musty smelling. However, it was very quiet and I slept well.

Breakfast was sparse - however the staff seemed attentive and very polite The bed was a bit too firm for our taste - The hotel was clean , smelled great and seemed like a brand new property, although construction was happening.

Be sure and have them tell you about the deposit they take out AFTER you pay for your room! I was assured by the manager that I receive back as soon as I checked out. I still have not received. I called to ask about it, and was informed it would be returned 5 to 7 business days later
