Wonderful hotel in the cutest little area. Felt it was a great place to stay while exploring the city of Pittsburgh. Staff was always attentive and friendly. We love the studio room it was more than spacious enough for 3 people to stay comfortably. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean. Facility in hall seems like it needs some upgrading - carpet a bit frayed and worn but we enjoyed the area and gym as well.

we staied for 4days and 3nights . but no change towels and no clean the room.

Absolutely our favorite hotel in Pittsburgh-several stays during our son’s time at Pitt including recent graduation weekend! Great location, wonderful amenities with LA fitness right there and restaurants and shopping at Bakery Square. Attentive front desk staff and great breakfast area. Fantastic proximity to Pitt and great location to support Pittsburg marathon runners. Manager went above and beyond when we made an error in booking, correcting it when he definitely didn’t have to and offering an upgrade to boot! You’ve won my loyalty!

Convenient

Check-in and out was very easy. Friendly staff. The comforter on the one bed has a brown stain and my son wouldn't use it. The conditioner in the shower would not work or was empty. I had to have it replaced the next morning. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and was nice to stay at.

Hotel was very nice, suites were great, very roomy and immaculately clean. Front desk staff were friendly but Torvina went above and beyond with kindness and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. Also, she had a great attitude! Loved the access to bakery square shops and restaurants. Parking was very expensive on top of the room charge. Feel some discount could have been offered. Would definitely come back and recommend your hotel.

Parking is very expensive. Averaged $35.00 per day. Room 223 is very noisy due to fact it’s next to garbage dumpster and roll off container. Great factors are that located next to LA Fitness and Pannaras and entrance to both without leaving building.

All good things. Son and I traveled for a college visit. Room was great hotel was great as well. Only gripes were doing makeup in the bathroom mirror was a challenge. Lighting was dim on the mirror but tolerable. Can’t knock it for that since everything was almost perfect including location.

The set up of the area was the first thing we noticed. It was modern and open. There was a Panera downstairs, a Starbucks a few doors down, Jeni's ice cream across the way...I could go on. Lots of food choices readily available! We don't know the neighborhoods, so we were a little nervous before arriving. No nerves necessary! It was a quick ride to the zoo, and even going to The Strip was easily manageable. I was very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and happy to answer any and all questions. I would absolutely stay again!
