You could not book a better hotel Great staff great service

Great hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent choice of breakfast options (including the prosecco bucket). Outside pool area great for relaxing and swimming. Only slight niggle for us was having to pay to access the sauna and steam room although given how hot it was not sure we have actually used it.

You can’t fault the staff at every level, the rooms are a good size and the sea views are great, although some of the carpets are getting a bit thread bare with over use, and a few repairs and replacements wouldn’t go amiss considering its status as a 5 star hotel, can’t really call it shabby chic, you do have to watch out at weekends for the dance club across the road that likes to keep you entertained until the early hours, and doesn’t really make any difference even if you close the window. Great on location for the old town and easy access to the ferries though. An entertaining stay.

Wow, nice breakfast many choices Big room and quiet

Had a lovely nights stay a gift for my husband’s birthday. The hotel helped us celebrate. They left us a birthday cake and some fizz. A really lovely touch.

We have been to this hotel many times as we live Olhão. Hotel still really good but some areas could do with TLC especially around the pool area. Disappointing they removed the fresh orange machine for breakfast. Also as a multiple time returner a 'welcome back' when you check in would be good.

Honestly worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms not to bad but could do with a good clean, bedding had marks on it. Service was awful, food was shocking. Everything at this hotel was hard work! Thankfully we went to try before a main holiday, luckily I can cancel and will. Struggled to stay here for 2 days not matter about 9. No thanks. Oh and they have a massive fly problem, Everywhere in the hotel, restaurants, bars, it’s really bad.

Nice hotel, but would say it’s more a 4 star hotel. Certain aspects let it down. Rooms are in between an upgrade. Breakfast was tasty but would perhaps become samey if you stayed longer than three nights. Rooms were sound proof which was great. Pool towels are very small and sunbeds were uncomfortable, having to find the towels at the spa was unnecessary. Nice location near to centre and restaurants. Good restaurants in the vicinity. Would I return, possibly, although don’t like to visit the same place twice, so probably not, but hotel has potential, just not there yet for a five star hotel.

Great pool and spa amenities. Close to main Tourist strip and market. Very clean and professional as expected to a high end resort venue. Good breakfast buffet, recommend people to take this option. Excellent view. Good parking Great base to explore the Algarve from once you rent a car.

Property is close to the main beach towns in Algarve with their historic Old Towns and beaches. Lagos approximately 1 hour drive in rental car.

Good hotel with good staff , particularily the bar manager. Room was kept very clean , with a minor gripe that cups and glasses were not always changed .Room coffee similarily needs topping up daily.

Fabulous hotel, lovely location. I loved the pool. Breakfast was lovely.

Managed to do early check around 10am with no extra charge, Lovely reception staff, very helpful Good breakfast buffet variety to choose from, again the restaurant staff were brilliant. The hotel is clean all round smells nice, Room was replenished daily. Very spacious and loads of space to sit and relax Location by the marina, so many restaurants to choose from. Boat cruises. Used the spa facilities. Would recommend and will definately be back.

Nice views. Very nice buffet breakfast. Enjoyed thr steam room. Only thing we were disappointed with was that pool and hot tub closed so early.

Excellent location, easily walkable to the main town area, very convenient and easy parking. All staff very friendly, professional, helpful and courteous. Room very good, comfy large bed, spacious balcony with great views from Ria-facing room. Fridge and safe in room. Appreciated the free coffee pods and bottles of water, replaced daily. Daily housekeeping
