Room was clean and quite large. Having to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle was annoying..and no help from the shuttle driver with taking the bags inside the hotel.

Ac not working well we can’t sleep

The staff and especially the manager were excellent. I had a small issue, and the manager handled it expediantly. I was quite impressed with how they went above and beyond to make it right.

Nice hotel, comfy beds, clean room

Room was clean and comfortable quiet, but the restaurant was terrible overpriced limited menu for breakfast small portions. It was $20 for two eggs, two sausage, uncooked, potato, and coffee that you had to serve yourself.

I called front desk several times to request water and some other things, nobody never answered the call. We had to visit reception desk every single time for everything. Overall, except for the front desk, rooms were clean and I had great time. Please pick the damn phone at front, someone might have real problem and couldn’t get visit reception every single time.
