They had lockers where we could leave our luggage and then retrieve at our leisure. There was a changing room and bathroom at the lockers - very convenient!

The location was perfect and the hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I was given room 801 on the top floor, which had the biggest balcony I’ve ever had. Literally a balcony for just me and it was the size of a rooftop bar. It came in handy because I was there for four days. One of those days was the day of the blackout in Spain. I spent most of the blackout out on my balcony, enjoying the beautiful weather. It’s the only room I’ve had in Europe with a nice big bathtub, the TV was big, and it was a smart TV, the air conditioner worked great. I took a train from Cordova and upon arrival I took a taxi to the hotel. However, you could take a local train to the Nord station, which is only one block away. From my balcony I could see down the street over to the bullfight arena. It is a four minute walk to the Plaza de Ayuntamiento and about a nine minute walk to the cathedral. You walk right out your door to a ton of bars and restaurants. But once you shut the windows in your hotel room, you don’t hear a sound.

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Very clean, staff lovely and located right next to main train station and metro. So many places within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was well located, clean, good breakfast and staff super helpful. Everything you need in a hotel. However it is located on a corner with numerous bars and eateries below that go from morning to very late at night so it was a little too noisy for me. Didn’t worry my husband though.

You can not adjust or select the temperature inside your room, according to them all rooms are set to one specific temperature.

Well located hotel in downtown Valencia. Located on pedestrian street, so not the easiest to arrive to by car. Rooms were fine. Don't bother with breakfast... plenty of local options right outside the doors...

Super convenient location and surprisingly quiet at night. The only thing that could have been improved is the fact you couldn’t turn on air conditioning because it was winter. The room got a little warm in the night.

A beautiful hotel right in the middle of everything. Great balcony overlooking the cafes and action. Great staff Pilar was so helpful when I checked in. The price was wonderful also and the breakfast

Great hotel. Many restaurants and cafes around. Just off the main train station. Easy for public transportation and to walk to the old town center. Can get a little noisy outside but just put the white noise on Spotify and you are set for a great sleep.

Everything was good. Location wise, convenience wise (many shops just below n around the hotel), room condition wise (except the water pressure was abit too big for the basin which I find it abit small) and the services from the hotel staff were all good. To be honest we missed our booking over at Hotel Zenit which is located more conveniently as it’s just beside the train station. However, after staying in RH Sorolla, we just feel lucky to be in RH Sorolla. Highly recommended.

Ideal location for tourists, lovely comfortable clean rooms, we had a balcony which was massive! Staff excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Good water pressure with walk in shower. Loved it.

There are numerous dining option within 2 blocks of this hotel. A great array of choices. The hotel was very central to all of out needs. Staff was friendly and helpful.
