I do not recommend this property at all. The 2 bedroom cottage looks nothing like in the photos. Surrounded by bush with overgrown mosquitoes in the cottage. Old, dirty, worn and torn furniture, light sockets that are falling from the wall, old and minimal cooking utensils and we found termites on the bed that fell from the ceiling. The reception staff is rude. She came to look at the insects and just wiped them off. She offered another room that was no better. When I asked for a refund as I cannot stay in an unclean cottage that has termites falling from the roof, she called me a liar and said there were no termites. Luckily I took photos. My family and I did not end up staying and we did not get a refund. I will never go back here.

Great place close to Saturnia Terme.

Great pool, big rooms, clean bathroom. Foam bed and flat pillows. No tea coffee making facilities and did not see a bar, though their restaurant was 100m away may have served drinks. Restaurant good food well presented. Good breakfast.

Great location to the thermal pools. Breakfast was good. In the country setting. Not too far from Saturnia.

Stayed here to go over and swim in the Cascata near Saturnia. Nice place. The front entrance is pretty and easy to spot from the road. The parking spots are fun. You park between olive trees. There are two outdoor pools. Both are relaxing and there are lounge chairs and umbrellas to use. The nearby restaurant Osteria La Fransca is quite nice. Had several pasta dishes and the tiramisu is wonderful. Wine is made right there on site. Cute little vineyard. It’s Italian wine country. Grapes everywhere. Keys to the rooms are old fashioned mechanical keys with large dongles on them so you don’t lose the room keys. Bathrooms have built in hairdryers which are nice. WiFi is decent and fast. Streamed some Netflix mo irs and shows before bed time.

This is an exceptional hotel. I would love to come back and spend more time

Beautiful country estate. Family owned and operated. Rooms were very comfortable and large enough. Family worked very hard to make us have an enjoyable stay. We ate at their restaurant which was very good. This is just a 10 minute drive to hot springs. Great place to relax. Wish I could have stayed longer.

This was a wonderful relaxing stay. The property was located well and was well kept. The owners are very nice. It took only 3 minutes to drive to the closest village where there were good restaurants and awesome gelato. The owner of the hotel will tell you to tell the restaurant where you are staying and they gave a discount. It’s a 5-10 minute drive to the falls which are free or the Terme Resort Spa in which they offer a discount if you go. The pool and property are clean and well kept and the breakfast was fabulous

Fantastic place - you hear the birds sing in the morning and you feel the calmness and pease that surrounds you. Happy stay for our family.

In the countryside, surrounded by nature and only the sound of birds and crickets. Extremely relaxing.

The hotel was good, clean and had a nice pool but the restaurant owned by the same people the service was bad, it took them over an hour to bring us one hamburger.

We stayed for 2 nights for the sole purpose of visiting the Cascate del Mulino thermal pools just a short drive away the next day. We arrived in the early afternoon and decided to hang out at the hotel pool. The surrounds of the pool were nice to lay out but the water itself was sprinkled with plenty of bugs. The grounds of the hotel and cottages were well kept, aside from some construction, which we didn't mind. The cottage itself was simple and clean with a kitchenette. If you plan on cooking, plan to buy everything you need, including salt & pepper. Breakfast was served in the main house and not included in the price of the room. Overall, good for a weekend or short stay.
